Just had its mot, new tyres, new clutch, new flywheel, new n/s lower arm, new front discs and pads, oil and filter and new aux belt.
I have a building company and we took an already converted van, stripped it and replaced everything apart from the rear bed frame. It has two new lithium leisure batteries in the rear and the van itself has two new batteries, one for starting and an additional leisure battery for the van.
It has a hot water tank in the rear along side the cold water tank. It has a pump with a blender valve to supply the kitchen sink and the shower.
Gas supply stored in the rear with a heavy gas detector for protection. Gas leisure cert has expired as we were going to rent it with quirky campers but have decided to sell as we don’t use it.
Two solar panels on the roof feeding the inverter and on a sunny day it stays at 100% charge with fridge and radio running. Victron unit links with phone to give you status of battery charge and how long left in time for usage.
WiFi is supplied via a netgear nighthawk.
Diesel heater with direct feed from the main tank is mounted underneath.
Toilet tent supplied for the portable toilet.
There is an awning but I haven’t actually put it up so no idea of condition, I aim to set it up fully in a field before finishing photos.
I have to make the shower curtain rail for the rear doors as well but I have used the shower at the rear in my shorts and it was very good and powerful.
I can include a wave 3 portable air con unit if the price is right.
There is a safe at the rear as well.

Rear bed sleeps two and sofa pull out to make another double bed. Both beds supplied with memory foam mattress.
