Recent gearbox reconditioned.
Mechanical side, it has been serviced yearly but sadly not much records of that but had a major service with a new Cambelt done at 106k in September 2023 with the receipt.
Mot till October but will put it through a fresh mot if needed.
Drives great nice and easy to drive even with the size of it.
The van has been weighed and isn’t overweight.

Here is my fiat Ducato campervan, sadly due to moving to Canada forces sale.
It’s a super practical campervan which can go off grid for many days. It’s had thousands spent on it with all premium kit installed, all the electrical and gas side of things was professionally installed.
Some of the furniture was done diy but all very solid and all easily changeable, so it’s a perfect van for someone to put their personal touch on with all the hard bits done for a newish reliable van.
Has all the receipts of all the kit with manuals.
I lived in the van through winter so that’s why practicality has taken priority with loads of storage, insulation and comfort to make it a reliant off grid house on wheels.
I’ve been off grid for multiple days and never ran out of power.
SOLAR – super efficient 360W monocrystalline solar, will still charge the batteries in overcast wintery days.
MMPT/DC TO DC CHARGER – high efficiency with battery protection.
70 FRIDGE – very low power use, can be turned on permanently without draining the batteries.
LEISURE BATTERIES – 260ah total lithium batteries, never ran out of power.
FULLY INSULATED – insulation throughout the entirety of the van.
PROPER NIGHT-HEATER – propane night heater with thermostat, heats the van quickly and quieter then most diesel heaters.
PROPEX WATER BOILER – 13L propane water boiler, can used gas alone which takes about 15 minutes to heat to hot temperature or can be used with electricity which is much faster.

2000w INVERTER.
KING SIZE BED – £1300 mattress very comfortable full size king size bed with plenty of leg room due to the space pod.
THETFORD HOB AND GRILL.
TOILET – compost toilet doesn’t require any harsh chemicals, smells less than your conventional camper van toilets.
SHOWER – outdoor shower setup, plenty of power with the water pump, the plumbing has been put in under the toilet for an internal shower, so if you would like an internal shower all requires is a shower tray and curtains or a cubical.
THERMAL BLACK OUT CURTAINS.
STORAGE – loads of storage throughout the van was made to be lived in permanently so has more than enough storage.
SWIVEL FRONT PASSENGER SEATS.
SWIVEL TABLE.
HUGE GARAGE UNDER BED.

WINDOWS AND ROOF-LIGHT – all with internal blinds and fly nets.
