Voodoo Ray is a professionally converted camper van inspired by Scandinavian log cabins offering a cosy, stylish and inviting living space. The Van was bought newly converted in July 2020.
This 3/4 berth campervan has been really practically laid out to provide a fixed rear double bed and a pull out bed that would fit either 2 children or one additional adult. The camper manages to fit in all the storage that 4 people would need on a family campervan holiday; modern storage above the double bed, kitchen base units, as well as units under the bench seating hand built out of birch ply. The bench seat (over 6ft long) easily extends out with thick memory foam cushions to make up the bed. There is also a large area for storage under the double bed which is accessed from the back, where you will also find the outdoor shower set up. The flexible day time living area with comfy seating and a removable table gives you a roomy open van space. There is also swivel seat mechanism to the passenger seats creating even more space. At night, you can go bed without having to faff with making it up, and look out the quirky rear porthole windows at the view.
Voodoo Ray has a super-efficient diesel heater which means that, combined with the solar power and portable toilet, this is a van for self-contained adventures in all seasons! There is also an inverter for the pop-up plug points on the kitchen worktop and 4 internal USB points, however you can always use these on 240v hook up also. There is a Dometic fridge freezer which runs effectively off the solar power.
The van has service history and has MOT until January 2025. The engine is 2287cc with 6 gears. There are some dents on the rear bumper and minor scratches and small dents on the body work – mainly around the rear doors.

Every detail has been thought through in the interior and is equally comfortable in summer and winter months thanks to the diesel heater which heats the space quickly and effectively. Having the fixed double bed at the back gives you a huge storage area underneath and makes the space even easier for quick trips and setting up for a nights sleep. There is extra storage under the bench seating, above the drivers cab and above the double bed. There is a removable belted seat that slots into the floor between the kitchen and bench seat. The dining table can be added and removed easily and stores away in the boot. The overhead lights are on a dimmer for mood lighting and above the bed there are 2 USB charged reading lights. The shower stores into the back door and is a portable electric shower that can be used outside on in the shower tent, it is charged by USB.
The van can sleep 2 adults on the double bed which has a double memory foam matteress and extra topper. The bench seating has an easy slatted pull out mechanism which is 220cm long and 140cm wide which can sleep 2 children or another adult
