This van is a completely unique off grid bespoke home.- It has 480 watts of solar x 360 AH leisure batteries it has a Truma Combi 4 combi boiler, it has 2000 Watt Pure Sine Wave inverter, Thetford fridge with large freezer compartment x 2 cooling fans attached to the fridge, it has a large beautiful ceramic Belfast sink with a mixer tap, it has a lovely toilet and shower room which doubles up as a drying room when the heating is on, it has hot water in under 2 minutes and 75 litres of water in an underslung tank plus 50 litres of grey waste, it has a Fiamma turbo fan, a large sky light with blackout blind and mosquito net. It has a lot of storage including a large garage at the back, it can also come with a surfboard holder for the side of the van and fitted bike rack on the back of the van. It has a very comfortable king size fitted bed with a memory foam mattress, reading lights in the bedroom area, dimmer lights under the kitchen wall units, dimmer spot lights in the main area, lighting in the garage, lighting and a fan in the bathroom, shower and chemical toilet that is emptied through a hatch on the side of the van. It has an oak floor and is made from high grade pine tongue and groove. The kitchen area has a fitted Thetford spinflo oven with x 3 hobs. Reverse camera and touch screen apple/android stereo kit in the cab. Heating ducts through out the van. the van has been insulated all around with celetox, earth wool, thermal spray foam and has a vapour barrier all around – I have pictures of all the construction, also to finish it has been Raptor sprayed and sealed underneath to prevent any rusting, this is a great offgrid van and we lived in her comfortably for 3 months while travelling with no issues and the engine is completely sound and reliable. We travelled around 2000 miles with no issues. It also has an air suspension system fitted, which is useful for uneven terrains. I will be able to deliver for a fee. This van has all been handcrafted using marine ply, all the painting has been done with Rustin’s furniture paint for kitchens so it has a beautiful finish and is scrubbable if you need to clean, I have been a tradesman for 30 years and I have been building vans for 4 years, I have done a lot of interior design and I have a unique talent for design and build especially with the vans. There have been no corners cut in this van and I have photos of the conversion from start to finish. it is fully insulated with celotex expanding foam thermal insulation in all the struts and has been sealed from the inside with a vapour barrier – all of which I have photographic proof. This van was handcrafted with a lot of love and attention to detail and I will be sad to see her go but we are living abroad now and need to bring her back to the UK to sell.
