Reluctant sale (Divorce) of my cherished self-converted van. Bought in 2019 and conversion finished for lockdown starting! It has served us well over the years since in Sun and Snow. Can comfortably be off grid with no services for 3 days, before you need to get rid of waste. Solar panels are more than adequate from March to October (but never did get around to fitting a split charger system since winter breaks were always shorter and the 2 110AH Leisure Batteries). We have used a site once in all those years!
Registered as Van with Side Windows with DVLA.

Engine in good condition
Bodywork is generally very good. Some rust on rear arches and rear doors (not touching it up or hiding it since it can be easily treated. Being 100% transparent
Service history since I have owned it, where it has been done each year with the MOT (with the exception of this year)
Full years MOT (expires 19th Sept 2025). New starter battery (Bosch – 4 year guarantee) fitted in Nov 23. All brake discs, pads and 1 brake caliper done in March 24.
Reversing Camera/Brake Light replaced this week.
Aircon could do with a recharge (but not sure how good the aircon is supposed to be in a boxer)
4X 16″ Gloss Black COBRAS Wheels and 4 x BFG ALL TERRAIN Tyres (from Rogue Alloy).
Standard spare under rear of van
Bulkhead removed (allowing easy access) with woolen theatre curtain between cab and living.
Two seater replaced with swivel and reclining captains passenger chair. Drivers side is standard.

I have many pictures of the build at most stages. All work was done by myself with the exception of the Gas Piping and the side window.
Gas Piping is copper secured to the floor and has an isolation point under the sink. Fitted by a professional gas fitter.
Electric done by me (time served electrician in an earlier life).
