Vehicle Description
I am reluctantly selling my beautiful low-mileage camper-van, I live in the Western Isles now so don’t really need it. The van will be available for viewings from my mums address in Newcastle from Monday 16th June, where it will then remain until it is sold.

The van is fully off-grid, jam packed full of features and can comfortably sleep a family of 4, including a sleeping pod installed specifically for a child of any age. Have a read below to discover what makes this van so special! In a nutshell, it’s an extremely spacious, well-equipped, hardly driven adventure van capable of anything from a night in the woods, to a road trip around Europe.

Viewings welcome, and a video tour available on request.

Conversion Description:
The van was professionally converted in 2020 to an extremely high specification, boasting a vast amount of features that perfectly facilitates off-grid living/holidaying.

There is loads of storage, and you could comfortably live in the van full-time. Travelling for an extended period would be no problem at all.

-There is a generously sized double bed with a custom-cut memory foam mattress that can also be converted into a larger rear living area.

Dining table comfortably sitting 4, that converts into a single bed, with new foam as of last year, with minimal use. The table also packs away for travel, or a larger living area.
-Double gas hob, oven and grill
-Electrolux Gas / electric 3 way 77 ltr Fridge freezer
-Electric water heater – hot water to both shower and sink
-Electric water pump
-Kitchen Sink with grey waste tank below
-Diesel Heater with remote and temperature control
-Plenty of storage in cupboards, garage, under beds, under seats.

Over cab is a sizeable storage area, with potential to be converted into another child-safe bed
-Reversing Camera and alarm
-(I use a Thetford Porta Potty in shower cubicle) Internal shower/wet room with hot and cold water.
-Rear door ladder, giving access to clean the solar panel and roof racks
-Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector
-Comes with gas bottle and water tanks.

Electrical system:
-Solar panel
-2 x XL31 Hankook Leisure Battery 12V 130AH only 1-2 years old
-Victron 500VA Inverter 12V – Pure Sine Wave Phoenix Inverter
-Ring Automotive RSCDC30 – Split charge system
-4 x USB chargers
-4 x Plug sockets
-2 x LED reading lights on large double bed
-LED spotlights in ceiling.

At just over 50k mileage, than van is only just getting started on it’s adventures, and can be driven by anyone with a standard car license with a maximum weight of 3500kg. It’s fully lined with insulation under wood panelling with carpeted walls and wooden ceiling with LED spotlights and linoleum floor. All windows and the skylight have built in privacy blinds and mosquito nets. With a diesel heater, the van is ready to go regardless of the weather, and whatever the season. The split charge 12v / 240v electrical system runs from the van and the solar panel to 2 x leisure batteries with the power readout screen in the main area. The fuse box holds separate fuses for all main electrical systems, lights, chargers, water pump, water heater, diesel heater, fridge freezer.

The kitchen area includes a sink unit with hot water, wooden work surfaces, dual gas hobs, grill and oven and ample storage for all your cooking equipment and food including a cutlery drawer. The living area has large storage units under the dining table seats, one contains the water heater and the diesel heater. The dining table has overhead shelves and seats 4 comfortably, the table folds down to slot in between the seats forming the bed. The roof height is very high in this van, meaning people over 6ft can stand fully upright without issue. Beneath the rear bed accessed from the rear doors is the ‘garage area’ providing a huge storage space and housing the gas bottle, 4 water tanks, electrical equipment and more.

THE SLEEPING POD: A very special addition to the van is the sleeping area above the master bedroom area. If you travel with a child, they can comfortably sleep up there, with a safety net firmly connected to the framework of the van. This will ensure older children won’t roll out of the bed, and make sure younger children and babies are secure. It also offers an element of privacy for you, which is a rare but priceless addition to a van conversion.

Off grid living, but more comfortable than ever before. Selling from a smoke free home.
