This high spec conversion is ideal for going on tour with and can be off grid for days at a time.

The layout is designed to draw your attention inside and allows as many of the features as possible to be seen as you open the sliding door, with no space being wasted, gas and water are underslung and big electrical items are over wheel arches and under a seat to provide as much useful space as possible , this space optimisation is continued by only having drawers in the lower units so all space is easily accessible, with a good balance between the bedroom area and garage space below. Access to the bedroom area is by a step that combines as a drawer and seat.

All the furniture is hand built by a qualified joiner and carpenter with 15 years’ experience.

Notes
• Insulation – where ever possible 7mm Thermoliner has been stuck to the metal panels with the added bonus of stopping condensation forming and noise reduction. Then either 50mm recycled P.E.T insulation or Dacron has been added in areas wide enough to except it and then all the panels are sealed in with Foil-Tec vapour barrier. There is 25mm PIR insulation in the celling(as well as Thermoliner). Under the subfloor there is 5mm underfloor insulation (with vapour barrier attached)

• All drawers are soft close for added tension to stop opening when driving around corners
• The underslung gas tank is fitted with a with a electronic solenoid that can be operated in the habitation area and is also attached to a crash sensing ECU.
• The amount of watts of 240v power you can use if using a site hook up is determined by the fuse on site, if using inverter power it is rated at a maximum of 500 watts
• When heater is in operation the wide step in the seating area is designed to heat up to provide underfloor heating
• Where ever possible light weight high quality popular ply has been used to reduce weight
• This van comes without a mattress to allow for your personal choice
• It also comes without curtains as there are too many options and configurations, once decisions are made on these if requested they will be fitted free of charge.

• The space under the bed (garage) is finished to a satisfactory level, but the final build weight determines there is plenty of scope for this to be custom modified for the new owner’s personal requirements

• The plan was to request a change of vehicle type to campervan and the DVLA guidelines have been followed throughout the build. The final item that is not present on the exterior of the van from their list is decals, which has been left for the buyer’s personal choice. There is currently a 6 week backlog for most applications presented to the DVLA and if the van was sold within this time then the process would have to be started again, consequently this van has not been involved in any request to change from original vehicle type. Any evidence or assistance needed for this application will happily be provided on request.
