We’ve owned this van since April 2021 and have regularly used it for trips around the UK and Europe. It has been mechanically reliable, is easy to drive and fits into normal car parking spaces.
It is still registered as a car (M1 category) which means it is not subject to the regulations on speed limits etc for commercial vans.
It has emissions stickers for Germany (Green 4) and France (Crit’Air 3).
Self converted in 2021 to a high standard and used extensively since, conversion refurbished early 2025 prior to listing including two new leisure batteries.
Conversion:
Fully insulated and soundproofed, LED lights integrated into ceiling.
Full length cabinets on drivers side of van with solid chestnut worktop, built in dometic sink, electric cold water pump with 10L fresh and waste water containers.
M1 Pull tested 110cm width rock and roll bed with two seatbelts. (comfortable width for 2 adults), further storage and large drawer fridge under seat.
Rotating driver and front passenger seats.
Lots of storage.

2x 100w Renogy flexible solar panels
2x 130Ah Expedition Plus AGM batteries
Renogy 50A MPPT charge controller, able to charge from both solar and engine alternator when running, also tops up the vehicle battery from solar – we found that we never needed to charge from a socket.
Renogy 2000w inverter for 240v power from the batteries, 1600w Vango Sizzle induction hob (pans included).
Dometic CD20 drawer fridge
Lighting in 3 separate zones
Water pump
4 counter top USB ports with two additional ports in a cupboard.
Electric hook up with RCD, battery charger and 240v socket.
Space saver spare tyre (additional full size spare included).
Rock and Roll bed at rear of van, this has two fitted seat belts. 110cm width.
