My partner and I bought the van at 99k Miles in 2022. I am a carpenter by trade and we have been meticulously planning and executing the conversion with great thought since then. We are very happy to say the van is working how we planned and beyond, and that it has been a joy to get to use our wonderful creation. A lot amount of time and money has gone into this van I do hope you can apprecaite it as much as we do.
There is a video on YouTube showing more details. Forgive me I am not the best camera man / speaker. https://youtu.be/mhm_oKzr1X8?si=ZkwC5NCYWb5xlJCn
We are an outdoorsy couple of 30 years old with a dog. The van was built with off grid in mind. We have invested in the electrical set up to ensure we can run water heaters, fan heaters, fridges, lights etc all throughout the winter here in the UK. There is a 70 Litre fresh water storage built under the van. With a big garage under the bed and full size worktops to prepare/cook with a hot shower to clean ourselves off after a long hike or festival. I have built the van with weight in mind.
Any questions please do not hesitate to ask
