Priced to sell! Cosy Caddy Camper!

Hey! Thanks for your interest! I bought this van 2 years ago for £12,500 so it really is priced to sell! Although we really can’t put a price on the wonderful memories this van has given us ☺️

🤔 Reason for sale: We are getting married next year which is super exciting but also super expensive! So the funds will be going towards our special day.

I bought the van fully converted from its previous owner. It’s a great size for being able to fit in to parking spaces whilst also enough room to sleep comfortably. It has the following features:
🛏️ Sofa which pulls out to a small double bed with thick foam – really comfortable for a good nights sleep in nature!
🧽 A small sink with 10L water and waste water tanks which are easy to fill up and empty.
⚡️ Electric hook up with 2 plugs, and 2 x fast charging USBs which run from the leisure battery.
🔥 Diesel heater – I have never needed to use this as the van retains heat pretty well!
💡 Warm orange fairy lights built in to the ceiling for cosy evenings! There are also 2 white spot lights if you need that extra light. These are both controlled by a small remote. The ceiling is wooden which gives a lovely home-from-home feel!
🪟 95% tint side window which opens for fresh air! Also 2x Van X blackout blinds on the back of the van.
🧳 Storage cupboards inside the van, and a large pull out drawer under the sofa. This also has space to cook from the back of the van too.
🚐 1.6 Diesel Engine

Included in the sale:
✅ Roof rack and roof box
✅ Portable toilet (never used!) – this is stored in the roof box but would just fit at the end of the bed if needed. Never used as we’ve always stayed at campsites.
✅ Campingaz hob, cutlery, bowls/plates, pots/pans, washing up bowl, small stovetop kettle, chopping board – everything you need to get started on your van adventures!
✅ Awning which can be put up next to the van for more space – also includes a folding table and a chair. Again, this all fits in the roof box so there’s plenty of storage space!
✅ DryRobe seat covers.
✅ Electric hook up cable.
✅ Small fridge which can be plugged in when hooked up.
✅ Black out cover for windscreen and windows for full privacy on an evening.

Things to know (I prefer to be upfront and honest!):
– The van drives really well and I have had it serviced every year I’ve owned it. The only issue I have had has been the injectors, which is completely normal for a van of this mileage. I have had 3 new injectors put in so there is that peace of mind for its next owner.
– When I bought it the wheels had been changed from steel wheels to alloys, which looked great. However they weren’t strong enough to hold the van so they started cracking (causing a failed MOT). I have therefore had original steel wheels put back on (as seen in the photos) which support the weight of the van as intended.
– There is a small patch of paint starting to peel on one of the wing mirrors. This could easily be touched up/wrapped and of course doesn’t affect the reliability of the van.
– MOT until April 2026.
