Due to having to move country I’m gutted to have to sell my beloved campervan. Only finished converting it in March 2024, Ive managed to have a couple of trips with it but will sadly have to let go as I can’t leave it with anyone to look after it here and I can’t take it with me ☹
As you will see no expense has been spared, this took me a lot of time as I run my own property management company you can be rest assured its been done up to a high standard. The build is brand new therefor everything would come with a minimum of 1 year’s warranty unless otherwise stated more for the solar panels, batteries, electrics etc. All paperwork and invoices will be provided for your records and for you to have it in case of a warranty claim.
Having been out and about a few times to ensure its all working ive not managed to get the power below 75% despite trying.
Weighed in at 2800KG fully loaded including the 210L water tank, all thanks to the magical creation of poplar wood and cladding.

The van itself was a panel van belonging to a company in Bristol with full-service history, no expense spared. It runs perfectly smooth, no noises (other than the dishes in the back) no squeaks or leaks. Reinforced door locks from factory with £4500
Full service done Feb 2024 MOT flagged up an advisory for 1 wheel wearing down other than that all cleared and will come with 12 months MOT from Feb 2024
The conversation was primarily intended to be used for when I had to go to work in Reading which was for 6 days at a time. It is fully off grid 3 birth with the following key specs.
ROOF AND EXTERIOR:
– 510W Eco worthy solar generated through 3 panels strategically positioned to make use of 100 percent of the roof.
– Dometic Heki Style 25-42 skylight over bed with black our curtain and insect net
– Maxxair fan £400 from junkie campers.
– X12 interior LED down lights along with x1 connected to doors and able to be switched off act as welcome lights. All lights are dimmable including x2 bedside lights
– Drain valve for fresh and wastewater tanks.
– Reverse camera fitted as standard
– Android auto and apple carplay fitted 10.5 inch screen and front and interior faceing dash cam.
– Fully insulated on all sides including doors and ceiling along with a vapour barrier.
– All wood been oiled with 5 coats of Danish oil to protect and give it that gorgeous finish.
KITCHEN:
– SIA Gas hob x2 burner powered from an airtight box with a drop vent 5kg flo gas cylinder.
– Currys fridge freezer very energy efficient and silent.
– Russell Hobbs microwave oven 700W
– Plenty of worktop space and extendable work top flap
– Fancy glass modern finish sink with Grifema tap hot and cold water, integrated with 18L with gauge display by tap to show how full the tank is.
– Plenty of shelves in cupboards to fit loads of necessities.
– X2 Smart CO2 monitor with temperature and humidity display around the van.
SHOWER/TOILET:
– Full size 90cm pentagon shape shower with a deep tray to avoid spillages with shower mixer and shower head with fully waterproof shower boards on all sides and watertight door closing. Hot and cold water obviously.
– Thetford 92820 Porta Potti 365 Portable Toilet (WILL BE BRAND NEW AT POINT OF SALE)
SOFA BED:
– X5 custom made and upholstered heavy-duty foam with ottoman style bed with plenty of storage space.
– Triclicks 12V 5KW Air Diesel Heater Parking Heater with 10L diesel tank (very efficient) with very modern limited edition display.
GARAGE:
Even with the following still plenty of space to fit a bicycle and any other luggage along the way.
PLUMBING:
– A whopping 180L freshwater tank would last a single occupant 3 weeks without needing to top up.
– Drawn by Shurflo Trail King Water Pump 12V 20PSI 7Litres Per Minute with integrated filter and Fiamma Water Expansion Tank Acumalator A20 and filter.
– 8L 12V water heater powered by a switch in cabin.
ELECTRICS:
– X3 Hankook XL31 130Ah leisure batteries with 4 years warranty
– Rigged up to Victron Energy Lynx Distributor which powers the rest of the system as follows.
