Bespoke furniture with stripped hazel rails. Multi-layered lighting with touch activated dimmable ceiling lights, wall sconce and reading light for the bed area.
Bathroom
The separate bathroom area has luxurious amenities with bespoke mirrors, vanity unit and a hand made sink. The mirrors create an airy feel despite the campers compact nature. The Simploo compost toilet is tucked away when not in use and is mounted on Teflon gliders for easy access. Both sinks and the shower have hot running water provided by a Bobil Van diesel hot water system sourced from a local Somerset company. There is an internal 75 litre fresh water tank and an underslung waste water tank. The rear storage has a rail for clothes and is accessible for both interior and exterior use.
Insulation, heating, cooling etc
All parts of the conversion have been completed to a high standard. Dodo sound deadening has been applied for enhanced acoustics. Sellotex and recycled bottle insulation were installed on walls, ceilings and doors before sealing with a vapour barrier. Panels on doors are removeable to ensure easy access if it should be needed. A diesel heater keeps you warm in winter and opening windows and an extracting roof light give good airflow and keep the van comfortable in summer.
Electrics
The 12v off grid electric system is powered by 350watts of Renogy panels, a Renogy smart system (combined charge controller and split charging) and lithium ion battery. All parts of this system are appropriately fused.
This is a brand new conversion. The campervan has wowed admirers, receiving praise for its unique design.
