Conversion Description

So if you’ve got this far, you’ve seen the photographs and you’re interested? I would encourage you to READ ON . I’ve tried to show the van in use and I’ve used it a lot! If you want more detailed photos then obviously I can supply them or even send a video. my van which I’ve had for the last 5 years and had numerous weeks months living in this van in Britain but also every winter in Alps
Firstly about the vehicle.
These are the features that are included in this vehicle which is a Toyota Proace verso the MPV version. It’s 2019 2ltr Diesel 130
1. It’s a very comfortable van to drive. I can sit in it all day and have done,on quite a few occasions, for 10 -12 hours and not felt any worse for it. I have also spent hours in other vans, particularly transporters and I can’t say the same!
2. It’s an easy van to drive with good visibility because it is a passenger carrying vehicle. It has good visibility with back windows side windows, reverse alarm and reversing camera. Additionally, with adaptive cruise control, auto lights and wipers, stop start, and heads up display, long journeys are not a problem.
3. This vehicle is fitted with an 8 inch infotainment screen which includes Apple carplay and Android auto
4. The van has automatic climate control air conditioning and this is for both the cab/drivers area and also the camper van. I’ve managed to retain the ability to heat and cool the living area by retaining the air conditioning climate control of the original MPV
5.In the 5 years that I’ve had it has averaged 40 miles per gallon. I have kept a track of all fuel put into the van and can guarantee this is accurate
6 The van was originally an eight-sitter MPV with sliding seats. I’ve retained the two front seats obviously and two seats in the second row which enables four passengers to be carried. The second row has isofix to enable the carrying of children in children’s seats. These seats slide backwards and forwards a limited range but does enable more or less living space to be created. Additionally, the front seats are both on swivel plates
7. This vehicle has two sliding side doors and a tailgate rear door which has an opening tinted rear window. This is very useful
8. Vehicle has the original Toyota alloys plus a full steel spare
9 The van has two keys and is keyless entry with a start button
10. This van uses ad blue. Over the 5 years I’ve had the van. It’s been consistent in using 10 l of adblue approximately every 8,000 miles
10. The van is fitted with a tow bar and roof rails to enable a fitting of a roof rack. These are fitted to the pop-up roof. There is a loading weight limit on the pop-up roof.
11. I bought the van immediately post covid. It was 18 months old and only doneabput 8000mls. Since then it has been exclusively serviced by Toyota. The van is still under extended warranty courtesy of Toyotas 10-year/ 100,000, mi warranty
It has had 4 services as the service interval is 25,000. MI.It has recently had new brakes disc and pads at the cost of £500 along with a service. The aux belt being replaced just a few weeks ago.
.I have invoices for all the work that’s ever been done on this vehicle.

The Living area
1. This van has a slide out professionally built double bed utilising the second row of seats which fold forward and the bed slides out above these
2. It has a Drive lodge, low profile pop-up roof in black with grey canvas and sleeping area. The canvas has three windows so possible to sleep 4 – or more realistically a max of 2 adults 2 children
3. As this was at MPV, it has tinted windows on the sliding doors behind which another two tinted windows and tinted rear window. The living area is all factory lined and insulated
4. Storage units are mixture, professionally built and handcrafted and are made out of black textured buffalo boards (12 mm). They consist of a toilet box with composting toilet above which is a storage box which is located to the rear of the driver side sliding door underneath there is a long storage box for skis, which is accessible from the rear of the vehicle. Behind these storage boxes is the alpicool compressor, fridge, freezer, chest style. This is proved very good and is controllable from an app from your phone. Underneath the fridge on floor level are the electrics including a 100 amp hour AMG battery and Ctec 230 controller for the solar panel and for charging the battery from the alternator. I have never run out of power whilst on any of my trips. In the rear of the vehicle under the tailgate is a large slide out storage box and kitchen box for storage of kitchen appliances and stove and gas bottle this has fold out and pull out work surfaces. I generally cook underneath the tailgate utilising this kitchen box, but it would be possible to cook inside the vehicle without too much trouble. The stove is a double burner- Cadac
Water storage. I simply use a 5 l water bottle that’s stored in the pull out box under the tailgate. I have a simple usb pump.
If staying on the campsite there will be an extension and hookup which I was put through the front on window which are fitted with wind deflectors to enable the windows to be left open without weather getting in. Having said this, I don’t think I’ve ever used hookup on a campsite.
5.In terms of power, the van has X3 solar panels glue two to the the pop top one times 100ah Sunpower ( quality ) Which is connected to the leisure battery
Additionally, there are two eco-worthy 130 amp hour solar panels which I used to charge an eco flow Delta 2. I will be taking the Delta 2 with me. It won’t be included with the sale
Wiring for the solar panels uses a factory fitted access via the tailgate. There are no holes drilled into the roof
6. All the storage units etc. Can be removed from the vehicle and I have the original passenger seats stored which could be put back in the vehicle if needed. This would turn the vehicle back to a 8-seater MPV
7. This vehicle has a auto term 2 KW diesel heater which works off the diesel tank professionally fitted
Underneath the van. The heater also has modem to enable it to be operated from your mobile phone
The electrics from the engine/ leisure battery/ Ctec controller and fuse box was professionally fitted.

This is classed as car with DVLA
as it’s the proace verso 8 seater MPV
This means it has been factory built insulated/ lined / carpeted with seat rails to fit the 8 seats – which I have removed the back 4 -but have kept – so could be included in sale ? Additionally this has air con / heating from a vents and separate rear controller again useful to heat upl/ cool down living space prior to parking up . 5 tinted rear window 2 in twin sliding doors – 2 behind each sliding door and liftable opening window in the tailgate ( which obviously also opens ) this is surprisingly useful. In tailgate pull out large under bed storage with kitchen box with pull out work shelves and storage for water and lots more Access from tailgate to long storage box for skis or longer items and access to leisure battery
Inside further storage box above box containing composting toilet – all storage is in black buffalo board (12 mm) behind these is alpicool condenser fridge

Beds Description

Pop roof has another double which pushes into roof when not being used – good for 2 children !
