Cyril or CRRL (Citroen Relay Raptor Liner) !!
Purchased originally as a brand new conversion in December 2024 from TCB Campers in the North East.
Sadly Rod the conversion Wizard has had to stop building campers due to a health issue. Excellent quality and attention to detail. The signature of the van is the Raptor Liner paint job. Moss Green with Black accents, it’s a very good finish. L3 H2 size
Kitchen:
Hand crafted cabinets, really nice colour and a butcher block style work top.
2 large overhead cabinets in the kitchen area and 2 in the bed section.
4 large drawers for cutlery, pots and pans etc.
1 Nomadic Ark 50l Compressor Fridge (LG components) Black – small removeable freezer compartment. Runs on 12v
2 burner Gas hob (LPG locker in the garage area, will take a 6kg bottle) (gas safety cert supplied)
Deep sink with nice flexy style spray tap. (Switched water pump from the 12v system) Rectangular shape, orientated North South.
Excellent room for prep on the counter top.
Simple water system with Jerry cans. Fresh water 25 litre, also the same for grey from the sink. The system is really easy. Electric water pump in the Fresh Jerry. Switched from 12v panel. There is NO Hot water capability currently installed in the van. I don’t think it’s necessary for 90% of trips.
Interior paneling is painted white grooved MDF, insulated and sound deadened.
Flooring is a very nice, insulated Wooden style LVT I think, not 100% on that detail.
Solway bulkhead trim and overhead storage cubby, good for the insulated window blinds – these are included with the van :-
Retro fit slider windows, 1 in the sliding door and 1 on the opposite side right by the gas hob – good for ventilation). Heavy tint on them and professionally fitted. These are the only 2 windows apart from the standard cab.
Handcrafted timber strip ceiling. Insulated and sound deadened.
Individually Dimmable ceiling puck lights in the ceiling.
Cab ceiling storage cubby
Lagun style Table with solid Butcher Block top, works well for eating and also sitting and watching an ipad. Fixed centrally to the bench seating area.
Habitation Seating is a long bench seat and a single bench seat between the kitchen top and bed.
The seats are custom trimmed in very high quality biscuit coloured leather, it’s a lovely colour. All the driver and passenger seats and door inlay cards are also trimmed in the same. It looks fantastic and sets of the quality fit of the van.
There are two storage areas under both bench seats which are accessed from just taking the cushions off.
The 3rd birth, I’d say is good for a smaller person or child can be made up with a bridging panel under the small bench seat and then using the long bench seat cushion. The table would need to be removed.
Access up and down to the bed is usually via the larger bench seat.
There are 3 belted driver cab seats in the same biscuit quality leather.
Main bed is a small double 4ft mattress, Bamboo mattress is very comfy and only used for approx 2 months.
Fixed Ikea bed structure. Longitudinal sleeping with around 190cm width. (I found this extremely comfortable for 1 person solo travelling but it’s also good for 2 average size people.
There are 2 12v flexi reading lights with USB as well in the bed area.
Opposite side to the bedhead are there are 2 large overhead lockers.
Diesel Heater 5kw. 1 outlet vent in the seating area. With remote control as well. Quiet pump installed. Fuel is from the main tank.
Max air fan with remote towards the front of the habitation area.
Electrical system is simple but works well.
Mains hook up to a mains consumer unit. There is only 1 double mains socket, in the kitchen area, area that also has 2 x USB outlets.
There is no mains to 12v supply or charging installed currently.
2 x 150 watt solar panels. With Renogy 40a MPPT controller. Also, works to charge the leisure battery when driving of course.
Renogy 100amp lithium battery with main isolator. It powers the Fridge, Diesel heater, USB and lighting. There are also addition USB Mood lights as well. The power required to live comfortably in the van is really pretty low.
Garage rear area is pretty big, this area has the electrical system to the left, Heater assembly in a timber housing and the LPG Gas bottle locker to the right hand side.
External: All plastic parts are raptor liner painted in Black, no dents or issues with the body work.
Alloy wheels with all terrain tyres. 5th wheel on a rear mounted custom wheel carrier. Phoenix vans product – excellent quality.
Extra external locks on the rear doors and slider door. Anti tamper steel plates on rear and driver doors. Extra internal lock on the internal rear door.
Longitudinal bed config with small double mattress (4ft) As new Bamboo mattress, very comfy, also with nice topper.
The 3rd or small birth can be made up with a bridging piece between the habitation seating and orientating the long cushion to make a single transverse bed.
