– The front and back brakes have been overhauled for the MOT as the back brakes were not balanced correctly. I had new front wheel bearings done on both sides as there was a bit of play in them and some noise it has also had a new heater matrix installed as the original was jammed and was essential for driving in the mountains.

I bought this last year to live in the french alps for the winter and do a road trip down through France and Spain it has been professionally re built from the ground up using the best materials possible all the new sides are constructed from real Formica on the inside bonded to hard wood ply then highest grade cellotex insulation and more hard wood ply and then 1.2 mm aluminium with proper architectural Aluminium mouldings and sealed with butyl. It has a new bed area with sprung plywood slats and Formica birch ply rails. all the original cabinets have been restored and re fitted and a lenny wood burning stove that kept us toasty (25+ if you wanted ) even in minus 18. It also has the original Truma gas heater that we only used on the odd morning, but works very well with the integrated fan that has vents under the table and in the bathroom, new birch ply table and kitchen with triple gas hob and sink. The table drops down between the back seats making a second bed that can be a double or large single so very versatile. I brought it for a new MOT last week and the first thing the mechanic said was “it was the best condition chassis and underneath he had seen for the age!” He said he’d seen a lot worse 6 year old motorhomes and was very impressed with the quality of the rebuild!

The original water tank has been removed for extra under seat storage (but will be included in the sale if wanted along with electric water pump and gas water heater + extra bathroom fittings ETC) we found it better using a 25L gerry can style. It also has a 300 litre grey water tank that is still plumbed in there is no shower as there where showers at all the campsites so there was no need to have one in the van but there is plenty of space in the bathroom for one if required. i have extensive photos of the rebuild if interested please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions SELLING AS WE WILL BE GOING FURTHER AFEILD FOR OUR SNOW NEXT WINTER SO NO LONGER HAVE A USE FOR IT!! no expense has been spared on this rebuild as you can see in the photos!!!
