Here is our Sprinter campervan, it was lovingly converted by the previous owner using the best of materials and we have owned and enjoyed it for the last two and a half years. We’ve loved having the van and have driven it from John O’Groats to Juan Les Pins, only selling due to upgrade.
It’s a 2012 313 CDI and is in very good condition for its age, with lots of previous receipts for work carried out and a full service history, having driven 138,057 miles. MOTd in March with advisory for rear brake, new calliper installed after MOT. Full service carried out in May 2023. It has the 2143cc engine, cruise control and has been remapped to 162BHP/430Nm so drives well up hills and on the motorway. It weighs about 2,800kg empty so has a huge payload of 700kg. The Fox alloys (load rated) are immaculate and wear the excellent Michelin Agilis Cross Climate (10 ply) tyres with loads of life left.
There is a JVC KW-M560BT head unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and quality Focal 165AS speakers, 6.5” speakers and crossovers in the doors (with sound deadening) and 1” tweeters on the dash creating a great sound stage.
The conversion was carried out to a very high standard. Full Kingspan insulation and vapour barrier then: new vehicle starter battery June 2021, reverse camera, swivel passenger bench seat (R&J Camper Solutions), driver suspension seat, fully adjustable/removeable table with Lagan mount, 2 x 110AH leisure batteries (replaced March 2022), Split Voltage Relay (charge leisure batteries from alternator/engine, keep vehicle battery topped up from leisure batteries/solar), 150W solar panel and MPPT charger with control panel for easy monitoring, Dometic fridge/freezer (runs on gas or electric), Dometic 2 burner gas hob and sink with running hot and cold water, Truma 4E gas/electric blown air heater/hot water with CP Plus control panel with 3 air outlets in main space and 1 in garage, Thetford Duplex gas oven, 70 litre underslung fresh water with external fill point and CBE fill sensor/display, 32 litre grey (sink) water tank, MaxxFan deluxe roof fan with remote and integrated LED lights and blind, CBE CO2 sensor and 6 touch sensitive LED roof lights. Security plates on all door locks.
There is a large bed with memory foam mattress at the rear of the van and the sofa can also be used as a bed for kids, it also has an extension section to allow for larger sleepers. There is an external cold/hot water shower point at the side door. Lots of storage throughout the van, curtains on the side windows, and alcantara headlining throughout.
It will happily run off grid on battery power, and has an electrical hookup point in the engine bay which when connected powers the Victron Blue Smart 12v/15A charger (bluetooth) to charge the leisure batteries and power the 240v socket in the van.
The garage is huge and contains the Gaslow gas tank locker with 11kg refillable gas tank, external LPG fill point behind rear wheel. There is a custom made slide out bike rack which will take two full size mountain bikes (with front wheels removed). There are 2 LED light strips in the garage.
Overall the van is in great condition for its age but bear in mind its age and mileage, the interior is in great condition. Recent steering wheel airbag replacement recall has been carried out.

Large fixed double above garage with memory foam matress, width 1.66m and length 1.71cm or 1.91cm with extension.
Sofa can be used comfortably as a child bed but can be used by an adult at a pinch (I’ve slept there comfortably enough at 5’11”) and also has an extension piece.
