We built this van with functionality and weight in mind using only the best materials. All framing is built from aluminum profile (80/20) which is far stronger and durable than a typical plywood frame. It’s bolted using rivnuts in the van walls, ensuring everything is really secure, rigid and safe. Weighed in with two passengers and full tank of fuel at 3080kg giving you just over a 400kg payload.
