In great all round condition with no rust. Some minor age related marks etc to bodywork.

With two swivel seats up front and a reclinable and removeable rear seat makes makes for a roomy living and seating area.
The kitchen comprises of a double ring gas stove and gas oven and the benefit of an energy efficient top loading fridge hidden away discretely on a slide out tray. The compressor fridge has two compartments and individual controls so you can ise one as a freezer.
155w of Solar and Victron DC to DC charger charges the Fogstar Lithium powering the lovely warm and white LED lighting, numerous USB and USBC charge points as well as a 12v socket of which I charge a MacBook Pro from with a small converter.
Underslung fresh water and exterior fill point. Waste is internal but there is room for an underslung directly below if required.
‘Gas it’ bottle with external fill point.
This cosy conversion is heated by a top of the range Planar 4KW diesel heater fed directly from the vans fuel tank and is controlled by a super user-friendly comfort controller situated at arms reach from bed.
The Planar heater heats the Bobil hot water system which has outlets to the sink, and interior and exterior shower point. *Bobil has not yet been commissioned but will be at point of sale.
A buddy seat hides a portable toilet. There is a scope to add a shower tray at the base of inner bench hence having a shower point installed ready just above the unit. The second shower point is situated at the rear of the van. (will be installed by time of sale)
Curtains on at the rear and sliding door provides privacy and a blind on the drivers side.
Being a L3H3 it is easy to drive and park and, twinned with the bed set up, this conversion has more than ample storage with space for bikes, skis and inflatable SUPS. It has great standing room inside being a H3. It has 3 super sized overhead cupboards with stay up and soft close hinges keeps all your gear safe and accessible two of which have warm seamless led strip lighting beneath. The longest part of the bed length measures 6’1″.
Numerous lower storage and cutlery drawer plus some crafty alcove compartments. The alcove above the head end of the bed has it’s own USB charging port being an ideal space to store and charge devices.
The dining table is removable and sits on a rail and slides back and forth. additional storage in the rear passenger cupboard which houses most of the electrics.
A Maxx Airfan Deluxe with remote, blind and insect mesh keeps the air circulated and expels cooking odours.
USA imported Unaka roof bar mounts secure the aluminium roof bars of which the solar is secured to.
All equipment less than 18 months old. The conversion was completed during 2024 and has hardly beenn used.

Fixed double bed at 6’1 height. Has been designed to fit mountain bikes underneath as well as ample room to sit up and read in bed.
The mid section of the bed is hinged designed so when flipped up, reveals the full solid oak work top extending back from the kitchen to the very back of the van giving heaps of desk space to work from or simply more space to cook. This also allows for larger, awkward loads if required.
