This newly converted, quirky, not sterile, one of a kind van conversion is based on a long wheelbase, high roof Peugeot Boxer van. It has ample storage both in the living area/kitchen and under the fixed bed. Unlike many conversions, it easily sleeps 4 adults with the added benefit of a seating/dining area for 4 people. This really is a lifestyle van!

This campervan features a 6-speed gearbox and a 2.0 litre diesel engine, it is in fantastic condition with absolutely no rust and has only 41000 genuine and traceable miles on the clock with full service history. Only 1 previous owner with MOT valid until end of September 2022.

Prior to conversion, the van was fully stripped down, cleaned, soundproofed, and insulated. The floor is insulated with Aluminium tape sealed Celotex and the walls and ceiling with sheeps wool. If you do your research, you really shouldn’t use anything else! The van has to breathe, just like a home, so why attempt to seal it completely, trapping moisture inside the van. The added benefit of this is that it keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The living area is fitted with high quality, kitchen grade, laminate flooring, with full length Lino underneath. Finally, the walls and ceiling have been fitted with pine cladding and sealed with Osmo oil.

Inside the van there is a solid oak worktop with plenty of storage underneath in the form of cupboards and draws. The front double passenger seats rotate into the living area. There is a double M1 rock and roll bed inside the living area so you can sit 4 comfortably around the removable table. There is also a permanent double bed at the rear with a huge amount of storage space under the bed with space for storage of a portable toilet.

The van electrical system is fully off-grid and features 2 X 100W solar panels, with CTEK solar controller/charging unit. Carbon effect electrical switches with integrated USB points, 8 warm LED ceiling mounted led lights controlled by 2 dimmable touch light switches. Premium 100ah leisure battery and a 65L fridge / freezer.

The van has a triple gas burner fed by a 4.5kg gas bottle housed at the rear of the van inside a steel gas locker. The locker has a floor vent to comply with gas regulations. The campervan is prepared for all seasons and has been perfectly insulated to help keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The ceiling fan (MaxxFan Deluxe) makes easy work of extracting hot air or can be reversed to blow a cool breeze into the seating area. The fan is controlled by a remote which allows you to adjust speed, direction of flow and set the target temperature when in automatic mode. Heating is provided by a diesel powered hot air heater, connected directly to the vehicle’s fuel tank, programable and with remote control making this a truly 4 season camper. It provides plenty of warmth during the winter months and is controlled via the user-friendly thermostat controller. Fitted onto the oak worktop is a hand painted ceramic Moroccan sink with pressure controlled tap fed by an internal fresh water tank.
