A unique and lovingly converted trailer. This professionally converted space has everything you need for short breaks away or a quirky air BnB/glamping offering. The 1950’s inspired rear doors complete with original lucite chrome door handles open up to reveal a multi functional space with handcrafted one-off ceramic sink and copper tap, twin hob drawer, compressor fridge and portable toilet cube. The L-shaped day seating area easily converts using the bespoke upholstered cushions into a comfortable 2 berth bed.
This amazing small space benefits from a warm air heating system run from a 10ltr on board diesel tank, the electrical system is powered by a 120amp leisure battery with 100w solar and 240v mains charging options. In addition there is an opening skylight, dimmable touch lighting as well as the gorgeous filament bulb bed lighting.
The comfortable L shaped seating folds up to reveal masses of storage, comfortably fitting the table and chairs in the pictures (included in sale), with room still available for full sized suitcases. There are also separate compartments in the floor and sideboard. A single fold over seat trunk lid creates a comfortable double sleeping area with stunning rustic timber headboard.
The small side door hides away all the utilities such as the electrical system and diesel heater meaning the inside space is left uncluttered.
The second life for this trailer is more than skin deep, the walls are insulated to a high standard using supafoil membranes, often used in loft conversions. The tyres are brand new and the exterior has been fully resprayed using a very robust matte paint finish (raptor paint)
The towing lighting can be used on both 13pin sockets (caravan towing hitches), or an adapter will be supplied for use with 7pin sockets (normal trailer lighting)
