1999 T4 Camper van, 2.5 Turbo Diesel. The engine has been remapped and is a beast when it comes to hills and when the turbo cuts in it is a dream to drive. Surprisingly, with all that power, it will still give around 40mpg.

It really is such a lovely drive and easily keeps up with much more modern vehicles on the motorway with 5 gears.

Full-service history, last service May 2022 at 199,033 miles, currently on 205,755.

Oil, air and fuel filters replaced May 2022 also.

Timing belt changed in May 2022.

Bake pads renewed in November 2022.

4 brand new steels and tyres fitted in 2021 and has covered only 7,000 miles since.

MOT to November 2023.

We call this our bundle of fun because with it comes an Air-Tech Freedom Trail driveaway inflatable awning (only used a handful of times), 2 wheeled trailer (new wheels and lighting board recently fitted), inflatable kayak and two electric scooters.

It is a two berth van however there are 4 seat belts and with the awning it easily accommodates 4 adults or a family.

Everything you need for an adventure is included, plates etc, beach chairs, picnic blankets, bedding (used once). I am a little over 6 foot and have a good night’s sleep with my partner. The passenger seat swivels to make a nice little dining area with a removable table to convert into a bedroom. There are curtains all round for complete privacy. Cooking equipment includes a single gas hob and portable electric convection hob.

The living / sleeping area is lit by touch sensitive led ceiling lights, has 2 USB ports and a 12-volt port also. These are all powered by the separate leisure battery under the rear seat. When on a campsite you can plug into the mains which then offers 2 x 230 volts plugs. There are also further LED strip lights when plugged into the mains.

It is in great condition for the age, 23 years old so not immaculate but always complemented on the condition when away.

Did you know that you can hire the van out through companies like Yescapa, high season will attract around £200 for a three day hire. I found this very useful to hire out a couple of times a year to pay for services etc.

One thing to consider: The van is not ULEZ compliant so if you live within the M25 or will be using it to travel within this area there will be a charge to pay. Although there may be a resident reduction if you do live within the Zone.

We are selling because we just wont have the time to use it this year but are very sorry to let it go.
