You wake up from a great night’s sleep in a supersized bed and premium memory foam mattress, to the bright glistening light of dawn. As the golden sun rises higher, nature is at its best, and all is still. You notice the fog as a delicate layer atop the ocean. The open van doors allow you to feel the crisp morning air, you hear the birds singing their songs, and the beauty of the day keeps your heart warm.
You saunter over to the stainless-steel chef sink with angular lines to start your morning routine. Begin with a sip of your AeroPress coffee that you made on the solid oak worktop with fresh grounds bought from the local market in the town you visited the day before. After having a tranquil morning and completing your meditation and gratitude practice, you grab some flour and eggs, and with oat milk from the Dometic CoolMatic CRX 50 Compressor Fridge, to create your most perfect breakfast pancakes and store the leftovers behind the soft close Matt Mussel doors and drawers paired with the chunky hive handles, inspired from one of nature’s very own geometric shapes, the honeycomb. The handmade natural clay tiles from Morocco further awaken your senses to spring flowers bursting with happiness, new beginnings, and the potential adventures that await you.
You may decide to begin with a bike ride, so you head to the spacious wet room garage area, grabbing your beach gear and helmet to take a ride down the beach. When you return to the van, you can stow your gear into the back. If you’ve worked up a sweat, rinse off in the instant hot water bullfinch outdoor shower that is easily accessible, and a warm welcome after a work-out.
By the side door, the table is perfect for placing your charcuterie board for afternoon snacking delights, and perhaps a glass or two of your favourite tipple.
It’s quiet out with no one around. You are off-grid and have the coast to yourself.
You’ll love the 500watt solar and 440amp hour Bluetooth Victron power system giving you the freedom to connect…. or not. You can do a quick check-in on your work emails, confident in a fully charged laptop plugged into the stainless-steel sockets from Schneider. Assisted by a 5g WIFI antenna, check tasks off your to-do list. Then you can kick your feet up off and relax on the lucky horseshoe bench seats with 9cm thick memory foam pads, or slip into a day bed for the ultimate relaxation moment.
When it’s time to wind down for the day, begin dinner preparations by throwing all your favourite vegetables in with a carefully crafted bake. Wash your vegetables in the warm water at the sink and bake in the Thetford triplex oven, and Voilà! Dinner is ready to be served upon the solid oak table. The Lagun table leg means that the table can be used for dining, as an extra worktop space, or create a second bed area. Under one of the seats is also a space for the Thetford 365 toilet, this can double as a dog bed area if you bring along your faithful companion.
Later, as you’re engrossed in the magical hues of sunset, you enjoy your favourite film and grab a blanket from the easily accessible overhead storage. Doors held in place by 20kg magnets to keep things secure while on the move.
Once it’s time to turn in, you appreciate the beautiful quad light switch. This light switch gives separate control for lighting the bedroom, kitchen, and garage. There is also mood lighting controlled by a separate remote.
Rest easy, knowing that the van has an electrical certificate, weight check and gas safe certificate, making it ready to roll (or rent if you choose). Sleep warmly and stay cosy with the click of a button! A Truma VarioHeat Heater with an LCD screen and timer have been installed for comfort in colder months, or the Max Air Fan and Shade for the occasional heat of those English summers. This van has privacy tint with blackout windows and blinds to ensure a great night’s rest.
Lastly, making its debut this year, is a huge SkyMaxx LX window above the bed, so you can stargaze the night away!
This van has a mains hookup to charge the battery, run the fridge and heater all from hook up power. A 75ltr interior freshwater storage and a 15ltr Underslung refillable LPG tank can be accessed at the convenience of the valves at the side of the van.
