Mk6 Ford Transit 2.0L diesel, 5 speed
Very reliable engine, never had any problems owning for over a year, been fully restored to the highest standard where all welding needed was done to a high standard with a full respray in nato military green, body work is solid!
Itβs had 2 full services in my nearly 2 years of ownership
As well as starter motor, water pump, power steering pump, glow plugs, drive shaft and a new spring all recently.
Full 12 months Mot (26 august 2024).
Been very well looked after, no problems at all.
The inside
The entire van has been insulated and sound deadened as well as vapour barrier put in.
There is a full sized kitchen, with a microwave and a full sized sink as well as a 1301 fridge/ freezer that
runs of 240v
There is 4x 240v plug sockets with
4x usb ports to.
The bed is a small double with a length of around 5’7 ft
There is a 5kw diesel heater that runs off 12v as well as a few other
things such as lights etc
The water
There is a 40L fresh water tank under the van with a fill up point and a 10L bobil vans water heater that also runs off 240v with a shurflo water pump that runs off 12v
There is also a shower option at the back of the van which could be hung on the back doors or in a shower tent that comes with the van ( never
been used)
The power station
There is two solar panels amounting to approximately 660w which work incredibly!!
With a 5kw pylon tech battery which Is still in warranty!!
The restis a full victron set up with a Multiplus 2 (48 3000 35)
inverter with MPPT 150135 with a
cerbo gx
Victron smart screen and a book
converter for 12v.
One small double fixed bed at the back of the van with a length of 5β7
