Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

I am listing my Peugeot Boxer, 2.2 2016 with just 41,000 miles and a full service history, the vehicle has some extras including reverse camera, integrated tomtom sat nav, cruise control, air conditioning and bluetooth, it’s silver in colour and the body work is in very good condition, the van drives like new, any AA or RAC inspection is welcome. The MOT is valid until October 2021, the van also comes with a full length Vanguard roof rack, perfect for surf boards, snow boards or toys.

It currently has two front seats in the vehicle, if the full asking price is offered then this arrangement can remain the same or you can opt to have the standard bench seat installed into the van, this would then give you 3 belted seats. This build has had good quality materials used, it has 25mm of insulation in the floor and ceiling with 40mm in the walls, the vehicle was designed to be an ‘off grid’ camper but it does have hook up installed if you find yourself using campsites or want to plug it in on the driveway. There are two roof vents in the van, one is located above the bed so you can star gaze at night and the other is a Maxx fan deluxe, this can be used in all weathers and is located over the kitchen to extract cooking smells, the combo of the two vents works great in the summer time for creating a breeze at night time and the Maxx fan is quiet enough to leave on as you sleep, there is also a lovely little porthole next to the bed that acts as a great vent window.

The cooking and heating are powered by an underslung LPG tank that holds 25L of gas this is filled by a point under the side sliding door, in the warmer months this will last you all summer for your cooking needs and in the winter it will last around 2 weeks for heating the vehicle when on trips, the heater is a Propex HS2000, Propex are a UK based company and their customer service is second to none, the heater is controlled by a digital thermostat and can have a timer set so you can set the heating to turn on before you get back to the van after an evening away from the van! Unlike the Chinese diesel heaters most vans are having installed this unit is service free and should easily see 10 years of life without any issues.

The kitchen units are made from high quality birch plywood, all doors and draw fronts are handmade, the overhead cabinets feature gas struts and soft close hinges. There are 4 draws below the 2 burner LPG hob, 3 shallow for cutlery, plates etc and one deeper one at the bottom for pots and pans.

There is a swivelling Lagun table for coffees, dinner or working from your laptop, adjacent to the sliding door perfect for dinner with a view, the bulkhead has been removed and as mentioned at the moment there are two singles up front allowing you to walk through easily from the front to the back, the van will be supplied with thermal curtains that attach to the glass in the evenings to keep the van warm. Under the bench seat (which is having a foam seat top made at the moment) is the toilet (new porta potti will be supplied) storage and the propex heater that warms the van.

Onto the electrics of the van, it features 2 very high quality 130ah Leoch lead carbon AGM’s these have a very high cycle life around 5 times higher than most AGM batteries, there is a 1200 watt Victron Inverter, 20 amp Victron MPPT and a Victron smart shunt allowing you to monitor the vans energy specifics from your smartphone or tablet, there is a hidden powerpoint that pulls out from the counter top giving you access to 4 ac plugs and 2 x USB ports, the fridge is a lovely 90 litre fridge freezer perfect for longer trips, there is a 10amp mains charger that’s wired up to charge the leisure batteries as soon as the vehicle is hooked up, a 60 amp sterling battery charger that keeps you topped up whilst you drive and an LPG gauge that shows you how much gas is in the tank, there is a 270w solar panel on the roof.

The bed is removable but remains in a fixed position giving you lots of storage underneath, I have left the front open as it allows access but also cuts down on condensation and damp in the winter months to help keep the temperature the same to prevent mould, when the bed is removed you can load larger items into the van.

The vehicle will be sold with a weigh bridge certificate and LPG check.
