This van has been my pride and joy. Made as a labour of love, I have so many happy memories travelling around in it. Aptly named ‘Vanwise Gamgee’ after his sturdy, reliable and adventurous Lord of the Rings counterpart, it is difficult for me to part with it, but I have just secured a new job that has me working over summer and so am now unable to get the use out of it that I would like to. It is my hope that someone will buy it that shares the love that I have had for it and be off adventuring, as the van itself deserves.

This superb vehicle is fitted with Batteries and a professionally customised roof rack to make space for the top of the range roof vents and large 310 watt solar panel that keeps the batteries powered for days at a time.
A beautifully wood clad interior contains unique storage solutions, a hand hammered copper sink that oozes character, a 3 burner hob and oven that makes you feel right at home wherever you are. Very well insulated with 50mm Celotex Insulation boards installed between the ceiling and roof of the van, as well as 30mm Celotex Insulation boards under the floor. Walls and doors are insulated with both 30mm Celotex boards and soft insulation made from recycled plastic bottles. This is also fitted in the linings of the van and in between the boards themselves. All is sealed off with spray foam insulation and a double bubble foil insulation layer that creates a vapour barrier and helps to prevent the build up of mould and mildew.
