Toyota Alphard Camper Van 2004 2.4L with Pop Top and accessories.

Our Alphard is in good condition and has had a professional conversion. We have used this as a family of four on trips to France and around England staying in campsites and we have had a great time exploring in a van that’s easy to park and drive around. It’s size means ferry prices are reasonable and finding car parks when exploring towns has not been a problem for us. The van is set up for both mains hook up (cable supplied) and it has a 12v leisure battery for those times when you are off-grid. The mains hook up is outside the van on the driver’s side. Inside we have two 240v mains plugs that can be used when on hookup as well as two USB sockets that connect to the leisure battery for charging on the go. The kitchen area has a built in sink with a water tap that is powered by a 12v pump. The clean and grey water storage is in a lower cupboard; the sink drains to the grey tank and both tanks are 5L. We have a gas hob with two burners and the gas bottle is stored next to the water tanks. The fridge works from mains electric or from leisure battery when off-grid and has an isolator switch so as not to draw power when not needed. The leisure battery will charge in two ways; when on electric hookup the battery will charge using the inbuilt charger fitted under the rear seats. When driving, the leisure battery will charge via a split charge relay from the engine. The leisure battery charge can be checked using a small monitor switch inside the van next to the 240v sockets. There are two seatbelts on the rear seat; we have driven and camped with our two children with no problems. The rear seat is a rock n roll bed that folds out to a length of approx. 2m and is big enough for two adults. The pop top roof can also sleep two, and comes with a thin memory foam mattress for added comfort. We have a removable table that stores away from sight and can be used for those days when you’d like to stay in the van to eat. The passenger front seat swivels and can turn around fully for another seating option. There is cupboard space next to the rear seat that runs the height of the van interior and can be accessed from inside the main seating area and from outside when the boot door is open. There is an additional cupboard that is only accessible when the boot door is open and a reasonable amount of cupboard space with a cutlery drawer under the kitchen area. We are including with the van a set of window covers for the windscreen and front doors and a pop-top wrap that we have used when the temperature drops. We are also including the electric hook up cable (10m). The van has a reversing camera; the radio / CD player is stock; there is air conditioning and all windows and exterior mirrors are electric.
