Professionally converted in 2019 after being imported this has had a beautiful conversion. Bola alloys (worth £500) were fitted with new tyres, new battery, professionally made units and flooring

I have replaced the front brakes (calipers, discs and pads) in April this year and had all the rear windows limo black tinted.

This would make a great stealth camper as it fits in a normal parking space. I have also made black out curtains for all the rear. I am not a professional seamstress by any means but they do the job well enough that I have never had to bother to cover the front windows although I do have some thermal covers for them included.

The less great..
A couple of marks to front left corner due to an idiot who couldn’t maneuver in a car park and left me with a gift. All superficial.
Sliding doors – on drivers side this is access to storage and fuse box – this has been temperamental since I brought it. Some days it will open bit 90% of the time it won’t. I don’t know why but I access the storage from under the bed.
Main sliding door on passenger side. This was working beautifully until last month when I slammed it shut and it seems to have caught the back clip and the electric assistance didn’t suck in the front part and now it’s stuck shut. I haven’t really played with trying to get it open again as I just started using that space for storage and using the rear door instead. Should be fixed if the back clip can be released.
Creaky top mount. Just groans when on full lock. My mechanic advised its nothing to worry about, nothing is going anywhere its just creaky and will not affect mots

Mot – Tony sails through! Because he is an import from Japan he is in incredible shape compared to UK vans of the same age. There were 2 advisories this year. One the bent number plate (another gift from a tow bar reversing into me) and the other is just a rubber seal which is only worth doing if its in the garage for something else in the same area.

There is no rust on Tony and he has had an undercoat to protect.

He really is a tidy lovely van, other than the sliding doors he is just perfect.

Prev owners. 1st uk owner imported him, had him converted and used him for approx 18mths. The sold during lockdown to an overenthusiastic bloke who though he would take his Mrs and 2 yr old out in it. She said no! I brought it off him 2 weeks later in August last year.

I have enjoyed travelling around the uk and living in Tony very comfortably but I am heading off to the Americas in June for at least 8 months and it doesn’t seem sensible to keep Tony on my sisters driveway undriven. He is fantastic so would love someone else to have the pleasure of driving him.

Tony will be available from 27th May and can be view not far from Peterborough where I will be staying for a few weeks.
