Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Great condition inside and out; this was the best condition van I found when searching for a camper base vehicle, and I looked in a lot of places and was picky!
Full service history with no known issues, drives beautifully.
6 speed, cruise control, air conditioning, Sat Nav. The higher spec relay, also which includes
the additional cab footwell storage and overhead storage which is fantastic for a camper.
Bench seat installed on swivel plate to create flexible seating into the load bay area.

Conversion Description

I’m reluctantly listing my pride and joy for sale – my campervan conversion project – due to the arrival of a baby and the associated change in life circumstances.
The van comes with a whole heap of accessories which I don’t want to begin to tally up but is worth a small fortune. I had planned to use this with my wife and therefore
haven’t taken shortcuts and have really put my heart and soul into it so far.

Hopefully it’s a great option for someone wanting to get camping soon and perhaps put off by conversion company waiting lists or the initial groundwork. It at a stage where the next steps really do come down to taste, such as laying the flooring and starting to add the furniture, so it may be perfect timing for the project to change hands.

The van itself is in fantastic condition as already previously stated; I cleaned it in a bit of a hurry and took photos in the middle of a storm, so would look totally mint with a proper detailing. The only part I can think of that isn’t looking great are the wheels, but that’s normal in these vans and you’d be wanting to change for proper camper wheels anyway, which I planned to do.

I’ll do my best to outline the van below, but if anyone has any additional questions please let me know and I’ll do my best to help.

WHAT I’VE DONE SO FAR
– 6 x windows fitted
– Floor insulated and vapour barriered with 12mm ply on top.
– Ceiling insulated and vapour barriered, ready for ply lining
– Autoterm 4kw diesel heater, professional installed with warranty
– Maxxair fan installed
– Swivel bench seat installed
– 2 x renogy solar panels fitted
– 2 x 65L water tanks fitted underneath with stainless steel strapping. Also fitted with 12v water gauge sensors, and connected to 40mm waste pipe on the waste tank, and water outlets and inlets on the fresh tank (breather valves fitted to both). Ready to be connected to drain taps which are included as per below parts list. Water inlet also fitted.
– Reversing camera fitting to custom switch, allowing either constantly on or only in in reverse.
– Walls battened in line with the body instead of battening out on top of the entire inside, meaning there’s more room (I’m 6 foot so this allowed me to be able to stretch out in a horizontal bed). They’ve been insulated and then lined with poplar ply. You can see I’ve started painting, and all the screw holes will be filled and painted plus the edges around some of the boxing – a simple job. The gap in the walls at the top is where the overhead cabinets were to go and would likely go in any common L2H2 layout.
– I also have custom black out blinds with flyscreens quoted and measured up that I was about to purchase which would go over these window apertures, which is my preferred method of privacy – happy to provide more details.

I’m also happy to share the plans of what this build was going to look like but I didn’t want that to muddy the waters for whoever saw this to have their own ideas.

THE ELECTRICS
I have a complete electrics schematic created for me by the popular Tiny Build Electrics, which can be included and also comes with a range of other associated guides and paperwork.
So far I’ve run all the necessary cables with safety as a priority, keeping all mains power in conduit, and much of the 12v in conduit where possible too. Right now there’s a 13a plug connected directly to the shore power inlet so there is power in the van and a range of 12v circuits which would be very flexible in any setup.

PARTS INCLUDED
I’ve got a whole heap of parts and accessories purchased for the van which I’ve been storing which can be included with the van (all purchased new and unused), including:
– Closed cell foam insulation (works well under the stretch fabric for extra thermal break and a smoother appearance)
– Spare sheets of 6mm poplar ply
– Rigid 25mm insulation
– Rolls of insulation (recycled plastic)
– An abundance of hoses, cables and other building materials; ask and I may have it!

PARTS I’VE BOUGHT FOR THE CONVERSION WHICH ARE AVAILABLE AS EXTRA

Chat to me if you wish to use these as I’ll be selling them off at a greatly reduced rate:
– Dometic CRE50 fridge
– Victron multiplus inverter 12/500/20-16
– Victron smart shunt
– Victron battery protect
– Victron MMPT 75/10 solar controller
– 2 x 120ah AGM batteries
– Autoterm comfort controller (the more advanced controller) for the diesel heater
– CBE water level gauge
– Autoterm heater ducting & vents
– Thinline real ash worktop which I bought for the kitchen worktops and table top
– 2 x water train taps with all pipes and fixings plus ready to complete the underslung tanks
– Black led spot lights for the ceiling
– 2 x campingaz R907 bottles (I’d planned to run butane due to the LPG shortage)
– Black four way stretch carpe

Thanks for taking the time to look at my listing – I’ve listed it at a price I believe is a fair deal considering the work done so far and the abundance of extras this comes with but offers will be considered. Thanks again.
