Plenty of paperwork from last few years of any work done (both us and previous owners). MOT until Feb 2024. Just had a full service at local specialist VW garage we have used since we have had it.
Two advisories on latest MOT:
Some pitting on brake discs – but garage advised there is plenty of life left in them.
Some corrosion to sub frame – again advised its not worth worrying about considering the age of the van.
We have only used it as a leisure vehicle since we’ve had it. The van took us to France and back last summer no problem at all. It has been loved, but we are selling due to a change in circumstances.

Starts first time and runs nicely.
In the last year we have had a new battery, new windscreen (due to crack), work to the exhaust/engine manifold, replacement front lower ball joints, replacement oil pressure switch, alternator belt and pulley, new rear coil springs, new rear brake calipers and pads and hand brake cable. Can show all the paperwork, a lot less required the year before!

The exterior is in good condition for a van this age. We had it resprayed and new side panel fitted in Feb 2021 (lost the receipt somehow). There really is very limited rust spots.

Inside re-vamped April 2022. Got loads of photos if that is of interest……
Fully insulated inside – sound deadening panels, thermo-acoustic insulation and then thermal fill.
New wood floor and lino fitted. The lino is easy to clean great patterned lino flooring.
Front double swivel seat.
Leisure battery with socket point and USB connector and internal lights.

Removable crash tested, forward facing rear travelling seats which were professionally fitted in Spring 2022 (M1 tested, certificate in the bundle of stuff). These can be taken out if not needed, or for extra rear space.

Pull out sofa bed with T4 fabric removable cushion covers and under seat/bed storage. Can be configured as a straight sofa or L shape as well as a double bed. Loads of storage underneath.

High top with bed boards and mattress, easily sleeps 2 children (adults would fit but we never did). Removable ladder that can be used to get to top bed.

Loads of storage in the van, above the cab, on top of the bed and under the bed.

Van has curtains on the windows, thermal blinds and a “sleepy eyes” windscreen cover. The windscreen cover is thermal and blackout (shown on main photo).

3m x 3m drive away awning also included (used but still in full working order). Can send photos of this as well. This is the one in the main photo.
We also have a much larger VANGO awning the full length of the van with a covered front section which is ideal for longer trips. This has a footprint and a carpet. This can also be included if you want.

C-rail fitted to the high top to connect the drive away awning.

Random additional extras: Large bottle of oil (hardly used), bottle of coolant, Haynes manual, spare bulbs, 4 ply winter weather cover (we have kept under cover during the winter when we can)..

We had a towbar fitted in summer 2022 and there is a bracket for a bike rack on the tow bar – we can include the rack or not (no added cost).

Registered as a motor Caravan on the v5.
