THE STORY
With travelling Europe in mind, we lovingly converted Vandella using the well-loved ‘Van Conversion Bible’. Following their processes and recommendations all the way. We wanted to create a home-from-home; warm, comfortable and functional. A fixed bed, plenty of storage, good insulation and heating, opening windows, a big kitchen and a large sofa were all a must. We decided to invest in a high-spec electrical system, under-slung LPG gas tank (fitted professionally) and a large water tank in order to be fully off -gird and harness the power of the Mediterranean sun!
Before leaving for Europe, and in order to save for our big trip, we took up a campsite job in the Lake District. But then, we loved it so much we never actually left! Vandella is still waiting for that big adventure!
