This Newly Converted Campervan is ready to drive away to your dream destinations! It has been built to a professional standard using the best quality products throughout. It boasts a huge electrical set-up of 800W Solar, 400AH Lithium Batteries, 240V Hook-up and a 3000W Inverter. We spent a lot of time planning and crafting everything needed to live very comfortably in a van off-grid and with elements of luxury. Externally, we wanted to leave the camper as van-like and stealthy as possible, making it easier for overnight stays in more densely populated, urban locations.

LIVING AREA
The Living Quarters are located at the front of the vehicle with a ceiling height of 210cm, so there is plenty of headroom! It is a spacious, comfortable area with lots of natural light coming in from all angles. You can sit back and relax or eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a long bench seat, or on the double swivel passenger seats, equipped with a rotating Lagun Table and 240V double socket with USBs.
KITCHEN
The Kitchen has a brand-new 1.8 metre long IKEA lightweight veneer worktop with a gorgeous black granite sink and tap, all sat upon a large IKEA kitchen triple draw and single hinged cabinet and a Vitrifrigo C115i – 115 Litre Black Fridge-Freezer. Included in the kitchen is the Vango double induction hob, ideal for cooking any meal, as it has very low energy consumption.
BATHROOM
The brand-new bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom and is finished to a professional standard. It measures 192cm (Height) x 88cm (Width) x 60cm (Depth). It has a full-length shower, perfect for those who are tall, equipped with an auto-temperature water mixer and detachable shower head. It comes complete with a brand new un-used Simploo Compostable Toilet and Self Cleaning ROLdour sliding door to provide space-saving access.
WATER SYSTEM
1 x 91L Underslung Fresh Water Tank with CBE Level Gauge Indicator.
1 x 66L Underslung Grey Water Tank with CBE Level Gauge Indicator.
1 x Truma Ultrastore Rapid 10L Water Heater. This can be powered on just electricity through the supplied inverter or mains hook-up. It heats up a full tank in 29 minutes, has low energy consumption, and will provide plenty of hot water for several uses.
HEATING
4kW AUTOTERM Air 4D Diesel heater – Excellent quality, well-built, and reliable, especially for the winter months. Temperature and Airflow can be adjusted using the control panel. It is connected to the vans main diesel tank for ease of use when filling and overall safety.
STORAGE
Being the largest van on the market, your space for storage is brilliant! Underneath the bed is a large garage space, as well as a huge bulkhead compartment above the cabin. There are 6 x matching IKEA white overhead cabinets above the bedroom, living area, and kitchen with excellent soft close hinges and magnets to keep them securely closed when driving. The lower triple kitchen drawers and cabinet also match perfectly with stylish handles. Additionally, there are 6 x IKEA drawers integrated into the bench seat and a small space for towels and toiletries above the bathroom.
WINDOWS & VENTILATION
The van is equipped with 2 x MaxxAir Fan Deluxe 7500K (front and rear) to create constant airflow. Airflow and Temperature can be adjusted using the remote control. They allow fresh air to enter in and draw out condensation and moisture build-up from showering and cooking. There are also 2 x large, tinted opening windows in the living area with stylish IKEA blinds.

The Main Bedroom is located at the rear of the vehicle for 2 Adults. It is equipped with a fixed standard double bed (190cm Long x 135cm Wide – mattress included). The Small Child’s Bed is located near the front of the vehicle, equipped with a bench/bed (120cm Long x 50cm Wide). This could easily be made into a small double bed in the future. An extra single bed could easily be set up in the cabin area across the seats.
