Vin, the converted VW T4 Transporter

With a heavy heart, we’re looking to sell our T4 transporter converted campervan. Vin is a sturdy lil camper that we’ve had for the last three years. She’s taken us on some awesome adventures, even as far as the South of France, but sadly we can’t give her the love and attention she needs.
Two berth, two belted seats, fridge, hob, storage, water tank (50L), leisure battery, tow bar, swivel passenger seat, roof vent / fan.
MOT until April 2026.
Mileage 227,639.
Vin has what we assume to be a small leak in her head gasket. We’ve taken her to a T4 specialist mechanic in Brighton & Hove who has advised that she can still be driven so long as we keep an eye on the engine coolant and frequently top it up. He’s recommended a budget of £1500 to fix, hence have reduced this from the price.
Looking at £6500 but open to offers.

Since we’ve had Vin we have done the following:
– Replaced cam belt
– New leisure battery
– New starter motor
– New exhaust pipe with catalytic converter
– Yearly full service with MOT
