Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

She is a steel grey with alloy wheels, 2ltr diesel, 6 gears, engine is in excellent condition for age, bodywork is good minus a very few small scrapes that could probably be buffed out if you know how, i do actually have the correct manufacturer set to be able to respray small areas, was a plumbers van before I had it and was well looked after, 3 former keepers, part service history and various jobs done (brake pipes, steering mount and springs) literally this week, fully serviced a month ago, mot due December 22, all advisories were fixed this week, new windscreen just put in too that was on last year’s mot. It has excellent Michelin agilis cross climate tyres with plenty of tread so no getting stuck in fields! and a standard spare underneath. Excellent runner with no problems whatsoever starting in any weather. Has air conditioning, usb, aux and 12v sockets, electric windows and electric side mirrors (adjusting only) Bluetooth connectivity, heiki wind deflectors, 2 keys, central locking. Does have a solar auto-vox reversing camera but currently on to the customer service as the solar panel not working, will try to replace before purchase if not fixed and able to source.
Seats are in good condition as kept covered most of the time. Driving her is excellent, very smooth!

Conversion Description

So here is my amazing self built camper, a lot of heart and soul put in, never misses a beat, very chilled inside, very functional for storage .bit stealthy but not stealthy enough to look like a tool van! Fully insulated (can send more pics of the build via whatsapp if necessary) with dodomat insulation and soundproofing on walls and under vinyl floor. No expense was spared in the electrics, all renogy products, she has a 50 amp dc to dc charge controller with built-in mppt, that charges the two 100ah smart lithium batteries, also a 175w monocrystaline flexible solar panel for that totally off grid camping (not currently fitted solar panel as had no need for it as the batteries seem to be plenty for long weekends but can either fit for you before you buy or can provide all necessary wiring isolator switch etc to fit yourself) complete with bt2 module for keeping an eye on charging levels via Bluetooth on your mobile. She has two double USB ports, one by the bed and one behind the driver seat as to make easily accessible when up in the poptop. 1 12v cigarette charger on switch panel. 2 sets of 2 led lights in ceiling on separate switches. 2 reading lights with their own switch, 1 on each side of the bed. Also battery powered fairy lights surrounding the top of the van. There is a brilliant dometic coolmatic premium crx50 compressor fridge freezer, hardly used. A nd a professionally fitted mv airo 2kw diesel heater which keeps the place boiling if you want but also blows cold air when it’s hot outside. The cold water tap has an electric 12v whale pump. All above connected to a fuse box situated just under the bed near the two leisure batteries. This was all checked by an auto electrician on completion, did not get paperwork but anyone is welcome and encouraged to get these things tested if they wish (I made sure these things were most important on the build as myself and young daughter sleeping in her!)
The kitchen area has a gorgeous hammered copper sink with small copper pipe tap with button to run. Although I chose to only use portable gas cooker I have installed a fire blanket on the wall for safety. Above the sink are shelving units to keep essentials in eg wine glasses!! Or plates, tea coffee etc….
There are an attached set of small drawers for small accessories/jewellery/keys/compass/phone chargers etc then beside that is a rose gold wire basket which is great for storing books/tablet.
Underneath the kitchen area are storage cupboards and the fridge, two 10litre tanks for waste and fresh water under the sink area. The bed is a 15cm mattress (very comfortable) above the bed to each side is a shelf for that all important evening drink, across the back is some decorative plant vine above the two voile type curtains. Back doors are carpeted in 4 way stretch to match the colour scheme of the van.
As part of the extendable part of the bed houses the porta potti, which can either be removed to use or used with the lid flipped up. (I’m a star trek fan, hence the ” live long and prosper” on the base of that, lol) in the rear doors is a fire extinguisher.
I have installed a swivel base on the double front passenger seats, which gives you some great extra room for those longer stays!
Under the bed houses the two renogy lithium smart batteries but other than those the space is free for storage, you can fit 3 of the ikea cube drawer things just in the centre and you still have the sides for other stuff, plenty of room! With a flip down door to the boot area.
Coming with the van, if necessary I can include 230v mains hook up plug with 3 sockets and a fuse board for hook up. And also the portable cooker.
There will be two awnings come with, both pretty small in storage size, one is just a top with poles to keep out the sun and the other is a poled closed awning, suncamp 250×250 very easy to put up alone. Both can attach to the awning rail located just under the poptop. Also a windscreen cover, not thermal though. The sliding door is just carpeted and insulated incase I chose to put a window there in the future but decided against it. Windows were added to the back for a little light, those were put in professionally when the poptop was fitted by an austops official engineer in Buxton I think the place was. All in all its been absolutely wonderful in viv, she’s been my pride and joy so I hope the next owner will look after her!!

Beds Description

The austops professionally fitted poptop fits 1 adult (maybe 2 small) or two children, very spacious. The van bed can be used widthways or lengthways, it’s about 5ft 5 widthways so if your small or solo can be diagonal, otherwise extends lengthways using the flip over lid from porta potti cabinet to make a full 6ft long bed.

Main Bed Length
180cm
