This van was converted for maximum storage, everything you need to take with you on your camping trip, has a place. Awning, deck chairs, wind break, walking gear all stored under corner seating, accessed from either top or from pull down door at side of sofa facing out of van. A cupboard with work surface, a tall cupboard to house all your kitchen utensils, and more. The cupboard that houses a 50L coolbox has storage above, as the work surface lifts up for more storage, and the cupboard at the end of van will house a portaloo. This is a tidy van, where you can relax without clutter. We used a Cadac Poratable 2 Ring gas hob, it sat on top of work surface on sliding door side, we mostly cooked outside though. We did not want a sink, as took up precious storage space, and used a collapsible bowl outside, or the kitchen area on campsites. We liked to eat out a lot. The diesel heater ensures you have a cosy van in winter, and the occasional cold night in summer. There is a second heat outlet behind drivers seat, and can be placed up into poptop when up to keep it warm and cosy. There is EHU in van, but we hardly ever used it. LED lights around the ceiling. Rechargeable Cello TV included. Coolbox was kept cold with frozen water bottles, and icepacks, and refrozen on sites. We would get at least 3 days without having to top up. As we didn’t need EHU we found we had the pick of the pitches on sites, as the best pitches were riverside, lake side, and beachside, where there was no EHU points. We were often told, pitch where ever you want on sites. This van has taken us on so many adventures for over five years, and we are sorry to see it go, but we’ve bought a new one to convert, so someone else can enjoy. We would say it is suitable for two adults and a child/teenager. Adults sleeping in poptop. Waking up to stunning sunrises, while lying in bed.

Hilo Poptop bed sleeps two adults, and slide out sofa bed sleeps one teenager. Pop top is accessed by folding the passenger double seat forward so it is flat, (access to the pull strap to release seat to push seat forward and down, is behind the sofa seat cushion and you will see the access hole) and then you can easily climb up into poptop from inside the van.
