VW Transporter professionally converted by Amdro Alternative Camper Conversions in North Wales.
This is a totally unique build designed for outdoor sports people who want to carry their expensive bikes, skis, surfboards etc inside the van.
I bought this van and had it professionally converted by the guys at Amdro using a specific design that would allow me to store my mountain bikes inside the van. The rear compartment which has an additional lock on the rear door enables up to 4 bikes to be stored securely in the van without taking up any sleeping space.
The layout is brilliantly designed in a way that means the storage space is not compromised when you layout the bed.
There is also the option to run a second double bed in the roof which is how we have it setup now for our kids. This can be removed and replaced with a separate bookshelf which free’s up more storage space.
The high top van and long wheelbase means there is loads of space and it’s way more practical than the standard factory conversions with rock and roll beds.
I’m very reluctant to sell the van but with 3 kids it’s getting a bit small for us. The van was MOT’d im May 2022 with £1k of new parts.
There is some small areas of bodywork damage that the new owner may wish to repair which I’ve reflected in the price.

We bought this as a white panel van that had been used by a tradesman and only had 50,000 miles on it when we bought it 6 years ago.

There is a double bed which is created by laying down the table which connects the 2 bench seats. This comfortably sleeps two adults and we’ve had 2 adults plus 3 kids in here!
I’m 5’10 and it fits me fine. For those over 6 foot you may need to move the drivers seat forward to fit comfortably.
There is a second double bed in the roof space that can be used for children that can be removed and replaced with a bookshelf if not in use.
There is very large storage units under each bench and under the front seats.
