The time has come to part with our T4 camper van which has taken us on many holidays around the UK and France in the last decade. We’re selling as we’re upgrading to a newer Volkswagen Transporter and would like this beautiful van to find a new home.

– Specialist VW Transporter servicing and work to 180K, with receipts from the previous owner for the camper conversion (including installation of the pop-top roof and engine work)
– Bosch car service centre for servicing and work since 180K, with servicing carried out every 5000 miles or so

–Camper Conversion–
• Pop-top – Vamoose pop-top roof with drop-down bed area and built-in roof bars
• Sleeping – Pull out 3/4 double bed from (Cannons Forge) in the load area
• Storage – Full-length units with gloss black doors, large storage drawer under the bed, accessible from the rear
• Refrigeration – 18L Waeco Compressor fridge (removable)
• Cooking and washing up – integrated SMEV 9222 double hob and sink with tap. The Smev tap isn’t connected at the moment as we don’t use the tap, so would need re-connecting before use.
• Heating – Propex H2000 heater
• Gas – supplied by a propane or butane bottle in the middle cupboard, set with a quick-release system for easy changing of gas bottles
• Insulation – kingspan, recycled bottle wool, and thermal blanket
• Curtains – Van X blackout blinds on slider rails on the side windows and Tailgate. A custom-made insect net for the rear is also included, so the tailgate can be opened at night
• Safe – small safe installed in a cupboard to lock away valuables
• Attachments – REIMO Multi-Rail installed for awnings and sunshades
–Electrics for Conversion–
• 110Ah leisure battery mounted under driver’s seat with 110Ah split charge system
• 5 LED lights in the camper roof
• 2 x 12V ‘Cigarette’ power sockets – one in the driver’s seat base for the fridge, one in the rear for charging / to plug in external lighting
• Fuse box for all applications
Powered appliances include: compressor fridge, water pump and tap (currently disconnected), propex heater, LED lighting, rear power socket
• Pop-top – Vamoose pop-top roof with drop-down area for bed and built-in roof bars – sleeps 2
• Sleeping – Pull out 3/4 double bed from (Cannons Forge) in the load area. Comes with a 3-inch firm foam, topped with a 1-inch memory foam and covered in colour-coded fabric. Sleeps 2.
