Exterior

Tinted rear window and side windows which both open fitted with black outs.
Pop top roof with grey canvas tent bed board and foam/air mattress. Gas struts fitted also internally so the bed board and van inter roof can lift up allowing standing space in the van for cooking and moving around easier. 2 x 150w low profile solar panels. Custom fit solar panels and Thule roof bars fitted to poptop to enable the option of adding a roof box if needed for extra storage whilst still having full solar. The roof bars also hide the solar panels very well and invisible from the sides.
Rear shower connection hidden away under the tailgate plastic trim caps. Along with 240v hook up on the other side.
20 inch alloys, with recent new tyres
Underslung webasto cabin heater. Only several hours use. Excellent for keeping the interior warm in winter or at night.

Interior

Has hall full treatment – sound deadening- van liner insulation – secondary insulation – charcoal black carpet throughout.
1 piece thick ply floor with hard wearing black rubber Lino, with Matt on top.
3/4 rock and roll bed m1 crash tested with seatbelts black leather cushions and trim with white stitching. Front leather seat covers with white stitching.
Double front seat swivel plate ( so double seat in the front can be turned round and slid into rear to face rear seats. This enables 4 people to sit around the table.

Underslung Webasto cabin diesel heater. To keep you warm when parked up at night. only several hours of use.

Furniture constructed of high quality beach ply to ensure longevity and also high quality finish.

Above that is a 15 litre surecal 15 litre calorifier including expansion vessel. The water tank also Which has an electrical element that can be used on hookup. The tank is also is connected to van coolant system. So when you drive 30 mins – 1hour you will have enough hot water for a quick shower and washing up if need at the destination.

The electrical system is all high quality victron equipment connected to a lithium ion leisure battery for better performance, space and weight saving and also much better longevity.

All the Victron equipment can be connected and controlled via Bluetooth on your phone using their excellent app. Showing you everything about usage, yield, state of charge etc etc.

The van has several usb3 and usbc fast charging points throughout and also in the pop-top area. There are also 3 240v mains sockets which can be powered either using the onboard 800w inverter or mains hookup. There is a 240v consumer inside the wardrobe.
The main kill switch is next to the handbrake to disconnect the whole electrical system.
6 x dimmer spot lights with remote for lighting.
Switch control panel above the fridge displays current leisure battery charge, and can switch the inverter on or off, lights, water pump, fridge. Also Webasto Heater and cook top controls located in the same area. I choose for safety reasons and space not to use gas or have a gas cylinder to worry about. Just fill up with diesel and this van can go anywhere. The cooktop is also able to toast bread.

All the equipment was brand new when fitted. I still have all the boxes for everything. Everything has little use, As has the van since completion. It’s a very reluctant sale but due to circumstances changing I don’t use the van enough to warrant keeping it. The stove and cabin heaters have seen very very little use from new. Maybe 2-3 trips. So everything is in excellent working order any inspections welcome. Great opportunity for someone looking for a very capable van. Able to go off grid comfortably if needed.
