Full service and MOT history
MOT due June 2025 – happy to get it re MOTd to provide 12 months
Only 1 previous owner prior to myself.
Body work is in good condition, van is solid. There are a few age related scratches but nothing major.
The van was designed and built for the purpose of renting out in 2020.
Sadly that was delayed due to COVID but it was successfully rented out for several years and was valeted and had a full check over weekly and is in very good condition inside and out.
If you have previously seen this listing then there have been a few changes, hence the price reduction. I have removed the transfers on the outside. I have also removed some of the 12v system and replaced the induction hob with a gas hob. I haven’t yet had a gas safety certificate but I can get one if required. Please note that the van can still be used off grid as the 1 x 100ah lithium ion battery can be charged via the solar panels, or the split charger when driving or when plugged in at a campsite.
Very high spec camper van which you can use off grid with ease.
A rustic but highly durable van for sports enthusiasts or families as it can seat and sleep 5 people. 2 double bed options and a single cab bed.
The camper is packed with everything you could ever need and can be used off grid as well as at a campsite.
400W of solar panels, 1 x 100ah lithium ion battery plus charger and a split charging relay, which means that the batteries recharge by either the solar or starting the engine or a combination of both. It is also wired up so that you can plug in at a campsite, which also recharges the battery.
Built in toilet and shower with 2 ways of heating the water. Large underslung water capacity (70l) means that you can actually have multiple showers plus cook, etc without running out of water and an equally large waste water tank means you can store all the waste water until you get to a suitable disposal point. Also includes an external shower for washing bikes, etc down.
The kitchen has a sink, 90l fridge with a small freezer space, 2 ring gas hob and a microwave for when you are hooked up at a campsite.
Extremely well insulated but also has a diesel heater.
Up front we have a DAB radio, parking sensors & car play.
There is plenty of storage throughout the van with a large wipe down boot area for sports equipment.
2 dining tables with various ways to set up the dining areas.
There are a few age related scratches and very small dents but no rust or areas of corrosion or concern.
Only selling the van as I sadly no longer have time to use it due to a change in life circumstances.
Downstairs is a full double and sleeps 2 adults
‘Upstairs’ is a left to right double and sleeps 2 adults
The 5th bed is a cab bunk that sleeps a child or small adult (under 5ft3)
