I have lowered the price of our vehicle to encourage a quick sale. We are selling because we are in our late 70s and we’re struggling to manage the climb up to the raised bed. We would love to buy another less ‘agility dependent’ motorhome.
My wife and I have owned this Camper for nearly three years. Shortly after purchase, we had a full health check on the vehicle at VW (Commercial) Bury St. Edmunds, they renewed some parts and declared the mechanics ‘sound’. We also replaced all five tyres. Receipts available.
We live mainly in UK but partly in the south of France and so the vehicle has made two return trips per year during our ownership and it’s a pleasure to drive. The conversion was originally conceived as transport for a Go-Cart racing enthusiast, therefore there is a large garage area at the rear which results in the double bed above being unusually high but easily manageable for a normally active person.
Equipped with electric water and space heating, TV, cooker, fridge, shower and toilet and plenty of storage space.
Current MOT until 24th August, service history is complete for it’s life under my ownership, but no previous records.
Problems: 1: The built-in screen does not function for Navigation or for read camera view. However I have had fitted an additional screen to fulfill this function.
2: It currently has a small leak (only discovered on our last journey). I believe this is the top hatch and I have an appointment in February with our
local motorhome/campervan repair shop to rectify this. (or I would reduce the price accordingly if purchased before that date)
