This is a 22 year old van so it does have rust patches but nothing structural
All terrain tyres, including spare, 2 brand new ones on the front

Sound deadening on all rear panels and insulated, very quiet and cosy

Paddle board/ kayak carriers attached to side of roof rack
150 watt solar panel, split charge relay and 6 month old 110 ah leisure battery
Twin hob with full under slung gas tank, refillable at petrol station with lpg pump, external tap to shut off gas
Sink with tap and 12v pump connected to 70 litre water tank (with water level monitor) under rear bench seat so won’t freeze
Waste pipe exit under van and use 15 litre ridge monkey ( included) to collect waste water
Three front and two rear travelling seats all with 3 point seatbelts
Rear bench seat folds to small double, two mattresses for rear single bunks which also have fans, reading lights and usb ports
Have also used mattress across front seats for fifth bed
Lots of storage cupboards including slimline shelved wardrobe with mirror
Fold out table for use indoors or can be hooked on outside of van when using BBQ
Roof vent with fiddly but working blind/fly screen
Isotherm Fridge/freezer, new last year (£500!)
Small oven that works when hooked up to 240v

Easy to park being Mwb and not a lot to go wrong with these solid engines. It’s a pleasure to drive and we will miss it but needs must.

Bench seat folding to small double, 2 bunks in the rear. Easily turn into 5 birth by adding 5th bunk or using cab bunk over front seats.
I’m 6’1 and have slept semi comfortably in the double and the bunk.
