*REDUCED* VW LT35 Horsebox Camper Conversion 3 Berth Shower Drop Down

1994 VW LT35 lovingly converted from a horsebox into a versatile and spacious camper, ready to camp in with a shower, toilet, cosy living area and drop down outdoor platform. Was built as a family project that we feel deserves to go to a new home to be enjoyed.

This van has the ability to seat and sleep 3 people comfortably with a single bed above the cab and a fold out fouton as a small double.

Double doors and windows allow for plenty of light to shine in even in the evenings, in addition to this the the fold down ramp is a perfect area to relax or eat when out on an adventure.

Previous thin walls have been fully stripped and insulated with 25mm celotex, a ply layer and finished in white for a bright and spacious feel to the living area. Slate effect flooring provides a solid and upmarket feel as well as easy cleaning.

For cooking there is a dual hob and grille connected to a gas bottle in cupboard, metal inside a bit discoloured from new as has been well used but still works great. Small camping fridge also stored in cupboard, can be powered by mains/12v when on the move or parked at site. Tank for shower also stored below worktop, does not have heating so for warm showers hot water can be easily added. Brand new chemical toilet also included. Grey water runs out of a waste pipe under the rear of the van but any vessel could be easily used to catch this if on a public site.

As for power there is a choice of a mains 240v system with inside outlets that can be connected to campsite electricity, or a 12v system running off a simple battery setup that powers internal lighting and pumps for the shower and sink. This can be charged when connected to mains but a solar charging solution could easily be implemented in the future if need be.

This camper would make a great blank canvas to create your own personalised space, as there is room for additions such as a log burner or extra storage in it’s versatile living quarters.

This van can be driven on a normal car license as it is the 3.5ton model. Reliable 2.4L Diesel engine always starts first time with new battery and runs and drives great on the road, albiet a little loud as you are sitting on top of it! Has done just under 143,000 miles from new.

The chassis is really solid and has not needed any welding, bodywork is also in great condition with new two tone paint job to replace the faded and very worn horse livery. Was always serviced by previous owner at a horsebox specialist, have partial service history and full v5. Also has full years MOT.

Bad bits: Dash heater not working.
