Shower/Dry Room:

900x600mm shower cubicle/dry room. Fitted with a black thermostatic shower, pull out Porta Potty on 250kg sliding runners, white Tambor sliding door and solar powered extractor fan.

Bedroom:

Bed pods fitted to both sides of van giving overall bed length of 2030mm, fixed double bed with brand new foam mattress, bedside table/wardrobe storage, over head storage, 12V 240 Smart 19inch TV fitted with an adjustable bracket so can be watched from bed or dining/seating area.

Seating/Dining Area:

Seating and dining area which converts into a small single bed (1500mm x 700mm) with back rest cushions making the bed. Table can also be folded down when not needed. Overhead storage.

Exterior:

2 x windows, 2 x bed pods, brand new all terrain tyres and 240V exterior hook up point allowing you to plug in and power 240V appliances, charge leisure battery and power Truma heating/water system saving on gas.
