Volkswagen T5 camper van
Hi this is project I have been working on for last 18 months
Van has covered 175k miles didn’t come with much history but Van was in good shape & engine running fine since owning il list all work carried out
Complete new front end from travelite wings,bumper,bonnet, grill & new DSL headlights this was all painted also
New coil overs all fitted along with drilled discs & pads all round
New brake pipes all round
New outer track odd ends & drop links along with new steering rack all wheels aligned
New tyres fitted at front two weeks ago back has plenty tread
New alloys slight mark on passenger side less than 6 months old
New rear bumper sprayed also
New intercooler along with boost hoses
New sachs dual mass flywheel & clutch done only in January timing belt tensioners pulleys done at same time
Injector 2 was replaced as coil was faulty
New van x led rear lights
Tent box along with Thule roof bars
Inside kenwood stereo Bluetooth & handsfeee leather seat covers mark 6 gtd steering wheel
In rear cupboards storage rock n roll bed with seat belts for two newly fitted carpet also power box I used as previous wiring wasn’t so great power box was £1200 & lasts days
When I got the injectors replaced realised it’s ARL 150 injectors so was engine change at some point from AXB to sharan 1.9tdi PD engine common swap but explains why van is really quick
Van looks great for age new front end & touches make it loook a lot newer nice colour of red it changes when sun hits it
There is few little marks but id say clean for its age
All inner arches were rubbed down painted new liners installed
