Slatted pull-out birch ply double bed with storage underneath, professionally upholstered cushions with 3” high density foam and 1” memory foam. Birch ply kitchen with oak worktop and plenty of storage, 25L fresh water container, electric water pump, Dometic double hob and sink, approx 40L 12v coolbox which plugs in to rear of kitchen, fold down table at end of kitchen unit, gas safety cupboard with Campingaz 907 bottle, carbon monoxide alarm, gas certificate from when conversion was completed (May 2019). External windscreen cover, thermal cab screens, blackout curtains for all rear windows.
Poptop bed is on hydraulic struts, it will sleep two people, approx size 1.2m x 2.0m. The bench seat pulls out into a double bed next to the kitchen, the bed is made from birch ply and is a slatted pullout design, it will sleep two people, cushions are 3 inch high density foam and a 1 inch memory foam top, over-all lower bed dimensions are approx 1.1m x 1.9m.
