Underside is in good condition, no leaks and solid.
Overall body work and paint in good condition for a 17yr old van. A few battle scars, worst of which are on the rear barn doors, 3 dents. These can possibly be pushed out taking interior panel off, doesn’t affect doors opening or closing. Small crease on sliding door.
Maintenance and history.
Has had a huge amount of investment in the last few years, lots of service, upkeep invoices dating back to 2017, and in the past 2-3 years invoices totalling in excess of £4000.

It’s a basic conversion, with lot’s of potential to build on. Built from sturdy plywood, and left unpainted.
Made up of 3 large sliding drawer system, 1 fixed, and 3 rack shelf unit. Perfect for slide out cooking, larder and fridge system.The drawers are accessible from top side also which make up the bed platform.
The whole system is quite modular, easily removed if needed. Can be used in bed mode, bench mode (1 drawer removed) or plain van mode. Rear drawers also double as outside bench seating and table for driveway awning for when camped.
At the rear towards the barn doors there is a 6-7inch clearance, useful for shoes storage and sitting, could be made into a kitchen cooking station.
It’s a lightweight system that doesn’t rubble around on the go, and keeps everything nice and tidy!
