Leasure battery is 100Ah AGM sealed gel unit connected to starter motor batter via a 70A cable with 30A fuse. Additional fuse under the drivers seat.
Rotary isolator switch between battery and electric system. Located under worktop hatch on RHS of kitchen unit.
Solar panel connected to system can charge leisure battery and provide a maintenace charge.
Fridge has a switch isolator and the temperature is adjusted internally.
Strip light over kitchen unit is touch controlled on RHS.
Hook up Socket is under the bonnet.
240V protected by a two pole RCD mains consumer unit. 2 minature circuit breakers feed the mains sockets and the battery charger.
The gas hob has 2 burners fed by a Campgaz 904 cyclinder locaed uner the middle kitchen cupboard. Turn off the valves (red and yellow) when changing the bottle. The gas supply is tested yearly and a habitation certificate verify’s the test.
The sink has a 10 litre water supply within which is a submersible pump. The pump and water container are removed to allow re-filling from an external supply suh as an outside tap supplying drinking water. Empty the tank when not in use.
An Eberspacher diesel cabin heater heats the van interior when required. The fuel supply will not empty the main diesle fuel tank. The heater is under the drivers seat and the control panle is above the fridge unit.

Bed in Roof Space Sleeps 2 – Full van width. No ladders. Access through space over driver and passenger seats. Suggest 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children capacity. With external drive away awning 4 adults can be accommodated.
