Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Reduced to sell as we’re moving and can’t take the van with us. Must be collected by Saturday 14th March! Comes with a fresh MOT, ready to take her next owner on an adventure! Offers welcome as long as collection will be by Saturday 14th March. No time wasters please!

Bad bits: Some corrosion on last MOT, only an advisory but something to keep an eye on. Driver side door lock need to be replaced, been quoted £200 for this. Odometer not showing the bottom half of the mileage number but you can still see the current reading is 157130. Not ULEZ-LEZ compliant.

We are reluctantly selling our beloved campervan, Saga, after having the most incredible adventure. We have however had an addition to our family and Saga just isn’t big enough for us anymore with our baby. We had to stop travelling when I got pregnant and she has therefore not been used much since February 2025. We have however recently had her MOT’d and she comes with a fresh MOT, ready to take her next owner on an adventure!

We have travelled all over Europe in Saga, and she has served us so well. A full list and documents of repairs we’ve had done will be provided with the sale. In December 24/January 25 we had new ball bearings, a new handbreak, new head gasket, cylinders, water pump, new clutch and timing belt. Also had a new alternator and break pads in July 2024.

Saga was built by professional campervan converters, Project Rambo, who specialise in converting old ambulances. She has all the bells and whistles for full time van life and a very clever and space saving design. This camper feels more like a log cabin on wheels than a campervan!

The bed converts from a day bed into a large double. My husband is 6ft5 and slept comfortably in the van. This set up also gives a ton more space in the van during the day. Under the bed there is a pull out table and a bench seat with plenty of storage. There is a pop up shower that again saves a ton of space and gives the van a larger kitchen and cooking area when the shower is not in use. We never used the shower and would use the kitchen tap with the shower setting instead. The tap swivels around and fits perfectly out the window so that’s how we showered while living and travelling in Saga. We ended up removing the shower mixer in the shower but all the piping is still there and can easily be reconnected if you should wish to. There is a lovely log burner which keeps the van nice and warm from Glastonbury Burners, as well as built in log storage underneath the log burner. There is also plenty of storage in the bulk head, in the built in custom cubbies and in the kitchen cubbies. The entire kitchen was built from a recycled Welsh dresser and looks absolutely stunning with the dark carved wood. Next to the shower there is a clever pull out pantry. There is also 3 large drawers under the bed next to the fridge and plenty of storage space in the garage. We had a 6kg refillable Gaslow bottle professionally installed which made filling gas throughout Europe so easy! Adapters to fit different countries refill points are also included in the sale. Both the mattress and bench seat are covered in a thick 100% wool fabric and hand made insulated window covers and door cover is included. There are several USB/USB-C charging points throughout the van and a Thule Awning for shade or shelter during both sunny and rainy days.
