The Wagon- Hand crafted shepherds hut

This is a unique handcrafted shepherd’s hut built on a 22’ x 8’ agricultural chassis with pneumatic tyres, making it more manageable to site in harder to reach places.
We built it over 9 years ago as our home, the space has evolved as our family has expanded, we have now sadly outgrown it. It sleeps two adults one child child and an infant.

Please note the gas is not ‘officially’ signed off, as with this style of conversion it needs to be signed off once it’s been transported and in place. Our gas safe certified plumber has been and completed everything to make it gas safe but there is no certificate.

As it’s not a vehicle it hasn’t been weighed, the above weights are estimates.

Transportation costs are not included in the final price. We use a reputable local haulage company who will be able to transport her to site.

Please note the bed length is actually longer than a standard king size, with a length of 230cm. Mattresses will not be included.
