All vehicle tracking data, customer location logs, and related telemetry collected via Quick Tracks are stored on secure AWS servers located strictly within the United Kingdom (AWS London Region). Because this data remains within the UK, it is not subject to international data transfers. It is protected by AWS’s advanced, internationally recognised encryption and security frameworks (including ISO 27001 and ISO 27701).

User acknowledges that your Personal Information may be used by Quirky Campers to contact you in connection with bookings, enquiries, and service communications which are necessary to perform our contract with you.
If you have given us your consent to do so, from time to time, Quirky Campers will contact you with marketing information or offers. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly by emailing info@quirkycampers.co.uk or send your request by post to Quirky Campers at the contact address below.
Your Personal Information may be shared with carefully selected third parties where necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations or support legitimate business operations. Any Personal Information that is held with Quirky Campers shall be retained in accordance with the `UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018 and/ or our retention schedule culminating in its permanent deletion. Other de-personalised information which does not record Personal Information as such, rather information such as the date of the visit to the Site, the path taken, the browser used, the IP address etc is used primarily to aid the technical administration of the Site, to better understand how the Site is functioning for Users and to draw conclusions upon demographic information.

Details of all drivers are provided to the campervan owner(s)/manager(s) to fulfil your enquiry or booking. Campervan owners may act as independent data controllers for personal data they receive and are responsible for their own compliance with data protection law. - The relevant insurance company
