Vehicle Description

100% Off-Grid Adventure Home on Wheels – 2013 Iveco Daily LWB

This beast of an adventure rig has undergone an extensive conversion process, having everything you could ever need and more to live totally off-grid. I’ve travelled off-grid in Iceland, New Zealand, Patagonia and more, so I knew exactly what I wanted. This means that the van has been kitted out beyond belief! Our plan was to live in the van long term, but illness put a stop to that.

The full setup is for sale and ready to roll. In addition to a complete set of gear for travelling and living on board, we’re including all our “off grid” adventure gear.

We can not put into words the hours of prep that went into the van before the build even began to ensure that we minimised the chance of any issues cropping up down the line!

HERE’S THE SPEC

• 152,566 miles – only 2,700 miles driven since it was converted and I bought it nearly 4 years ago.
• 6 gears – makes motorway cruising a dream
• Full Service History – proof of every bit of mechanical work that it’s had done since new, including timing belt/water pump 2k miles ago
• Service and MOT lasts until May 2026. Some minor advisories on recent MOT – I’ll get these fixed if/when I sell.
• The van was a delivery vehicle for a pharmacy company, meaning motorway miles and no heavy loads!
• 50mm Kingspan insulation in walls, ceiling and floor with full vapour barrier – keeps it cool in the summer and toasty in the winter! The vapour barrier ensures no moisture can reach the body of the van – minimising rust issues!
• Dodo mat sound deadening throughout minimises Road noise on long journeys.
